While I get having one one shoe in the box keeps people from running out with a pair...it's ridiculous. I came in to see if I could find new shoes...but no one was actively roaming to help get the other shoe. So we left...empty handed. Either be readily available so I'm not wasting my time or put both shoes in the box.

I give every business SEVERAL opportunities before giving a bad review. Ive now had 9 horrible experiences at this location. None of the employees want to help by answering questions, getting the extra shoe, or even checking you out at the register.God forbid you interrupt their goofing off, socializing or snack breaks.My last horrible experience cost the store a sale of 12 pairs of hey dudes.This has been going on for years now....at what point does the owner clean house and hire workers who actually want to work?Never again will I give opportunities to this location. I'd rather drive all the way to Temple where at least they ask if they can assist me.

Saturday, 18 DecAs a person who has been in the retail field for over 20 years, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing so I had to take a picture. It’s Saturday at the Killeen mall, it’s payday weekend, it’s also one of the last weekends before Christmas and the mall is jammed packed. I go in shoe dept and it’s busy in there, as expected. There is a line of people and at first just 1 cashier and 3 others standing around. 2 of them I guess was on a break, the guy drinking a soda can and a female literally eating her food on the counter right in front of customers while we standing in line like really, do y’all not have a break room. Very very unprofessional. The pregnant girl was the only cashier at first and then another girl came finally hopped on a register. I just couldn’t believe all these associates were just standing around, eating drinking and chatting it up at the front, at the counters like they was at home. Extremely rude of them and very disrespectful of them. The only reason I didn’t walk out and stayed to purchase my boots is because the older black lady that was walking around was very friendly, very sweet, very kind and attentive. She was the only employee that was speaking to customers. Kudos to her. She was awesome. Those 4 employees at the register was just there to collect a paycheck. Please teach them some customer service classes. Please do better. Happy holidays.

Went to grab my son shoes for prom, Sir helped us out. He did absolutely amazing! Gave him ideas and choices, along with some knowledge on how he would want to present himself positively. Thank you again Sir!

I used to work for them. At first, I had no problems or complaints about the company.Then I didn't get paid on time..I had to wait for almost 2 weeks for me to get paid, the district manager Ms. SARAH MOORE along with the Shoe Show company showed me no remorse due to the fact that I ran out of money, while waiting for this issue to be fixed, despite me not having the money to come to work or eat at work, I still showed up. There was a mix up in my check being delivered to me and it was returned to them that Wednesday. They told me, the supervisor of payroll will process my check on either Friday or Monday..I begged them on Wed and Thurs not to do so cause, I wouldn't get paid til Monday if they processed it on a Friday. They still waited to process it on Friday with no care about an employee being without money. I also let my District manager know that I couldn't afford to come to work if I didn't get paid on Friday. Saturday, came and of course NO Check. I let my manager know the situation and she understood why I couldn't come due to the non payment and this putting me in a terrible hole. I already maxed out asking everyone to borrow money or to ask for rides. Did the company or Ms Sarah Moore care? No. Instead of caring about the situation, she claims that it is not Shoe Show fault that I haven't gotten paid, it was my bank knowing full and well that if you process something on a Friday, that I would've not gotten paid that weekend. And when I call to speak to her about the situation, she hangs up in my face and calls my manager and threatens to call the police on me.I call corporate to talk to someone and they have not gotten back to me. Please do NOT work for them. It's terrible company and they don't care about the people that work for them at all.
