Customer service was great... They helped to file insurance request... Explained the repairs they were going to do, the cost, and how long it would take to make the repairs... I would recommend this place to anyone needing cell phone repair.

By far the most incompetent group of people Ive ever known working in customer service. Placed order online for store pick up. Status was pending store processing. After 2 days of calling, going in person and back and forth with the store. I had to call and cancelled the order. They obviously arent well trained to do their job. They kept saying they couldnt find my order not by order number, name, or account number. Went to the store in Harker Heights and Boooom there was everything. Unfortunately they couldnt processed the order so I had to cancel. Reorder and change the store. Within 30 minutes Harker Heights processed the order for pick up.

Went in for T-Mobile Tuesdays, and to check out the Google Pixel 7a. The T-Mobile reps were fine, they handled the T-Mobile Tuesday special, and answered my questions on the phone, though they didn't have any available. A decent experience, without being pestered.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Vanessa for her services today. My situation was complicated with transferring services and I grew frustrated with my previous carrier not one time did she give up on the situation that took hours including going into her lunch break. Vanessa was very patient and calm and assisted all the way with the process including staying on hold to assist with the process. She gave me great options for my new plan and welcomed me back to TMobile with the dedication and hard work that I have so missed. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work today and I’m so satisfied with her service!

I signed up for T-Mobile internet to use as a back up internet service while working from home. I am no longer working from home so I disconnected my service on 04/28/2023 and returned the modem at the same time. I received an email confirming I disconnected. I verified that I had a 0.00 balance while at the store nd then on 04/29/2023 they billed and took payment for another month of service. I did not even have any equipment as I had already returned it. They never sent me a bill either until now yesterday 06/02/2023 I receive a bill with a late 13.49 late fee added to the original 50.00 that did not owe threatening to send it to collections. I have a very high credit score so this concerned me. I tried calling T-Mobile and their Indian script reading robots were absolutely useless because they just kept asking for some pin I did not have and would then hang up on me. On my third call which each call I was on hold for over an hour I talked to a Supervisor and they were just a higher paid worthless script reading Indian robot. They told me to go to the store and show my ID and they will give me my pin. I went to the store this store this morning and were told they could not access my pin either has my account was disconnected and they refused to credit my account for money I did not owe even though I showed them the email I received proving I disconnected my account on the last day of my month. I ended up paying because I am not going to let 63.49 ruin my great credit score but I will never do business with this company again and I will advise that no one do business with this company because they will rip you off. They actually deserve a negative infinity raised to the infinity but here I had to settle for 1 star rating.

Shannon the assistant manger Is very Unprofessional and Racist , she picks on her coworkers and makes fun of customers . look back at the cameras . She smokes her vape in the store , she says RACIAL slurs. Bianca the store manger ALLOWS her employers to act unprofessional, they also don’t want to serve customers that don’t make them any money . STAY FROM THIS LOCATION very unprofessional very .

The guy who helped us was really nice and got us in quick. However, one worker brought her kids with her into the store. This is the second time and they were disrupting customers. It seemed very unprofessional.

Vanessa was super helpful, had a good attitude even after closing time, we didn't feel rushed and she was very knowledgeable made sure we got the best deal. I called her the next day to complete the transfer and she had it done fast. Loved her customer service!

We went in T-Mobile looking for a hotspot for internet because we live out in the middle of nowhere and have been having issues with different providers. We went in to get the hotspot and we spoke with a young lady I can’t remember her name but she was so polite and sweet and she told us about T-Mobile internet but I was told by someone else It wasn’t available I’m our area yet. Well she checked out area for service and got us hooked up to wifi! That was the easiest wifi experience of my life!

TLDR: Go to the one in the mall.T-Mobile has treated me well enough over time to not disuade me from the product due to a bad visit but I will not be returning to this location in a long time. The gentleman who was supposed to be servicing me in getting a new phone said thirty minutes and disappeared. An hour later I learned from his coworker that he was on lunch break with no word to me ((I will give him credit, my new & old phones were safely in the back while they were setting up and transferring data)) However he showed no apologetics that the time we were there was two hours for what should have been at most a forty-five minute wait according to him.Another of his coworkers finished my service and then lied to me about his name forgetting that the receipt he handed me has his coworkers number on it.It will be some time before I desire to shop at this location. I like T-Mobile very much but don't come to this location. They'll give you a time for your phone transfer to be complete the screw off to lunch, not tell anyone, and leave you hanging for an hour and a half.
