I stopped by to see if I could use my own frames and get an estimate on the cost. While most places seemed bothered by my request, Marissa made me feel completely welcome. I’ll definitely be returning to purchase my glasses here!

They use 3rd party customer service that isn't even in KilleenTexas, kept sending me to a building that is being torn down and remodeled..just a worthless company all around I would say go to another eye place if you need eye services

First time buyer and i can say the experience here was amazing. staff are very welcoming, from checking in to getting my eye exam done. i also admire how helpful they were with exploring my payment options and deals to help me with my transaction. Such a friendly and very fast service

Still waiting for my glasses after one month! No calls from Stanton Optical for reason for delay. When I call recording keeps stating it's taking longer than expected.

Ellie helped me today with my contact prescription she was the sweetest & kindest explained everything went above to help me I really appreciate her & all her help today !!!
I unfortunately have to edit my review because the experience I had today was horrible!! I was the only person in the store I arrived at 1:36 had my appointment picked my frames and was sitting waiting to be checked out while the manager and other co workers where laughing and talking finally asked me if needs to be helped then at 2:50 I was told me my frames wouldn’t be available for pick for 7-14 days due to not having a lab after already waiting for over an hour this should have been told at the beginning of my visit also after picking out my frames was told those weren’t apart of the two for $79 deal after I spent time picking out the pair will not be visiting this location again very unprofessional the manager didn’t seem to care at all !

Please do not go here I had a young lady do my prescription and didn’t wait for actually optometrist give me the wrong prescription to have me paying more for my contacts when she wasn’t qualified to handle my exam to begin with then she put the wrong prescription down then the manager was supposed to call me due to a voice mail left by corporate she hasn’t or whomever called me yet when I spoke to corporate Anna she stated that the doctors name was Micheal and the girl wasn’t supposed to do that anyway maybe if some legal action was taken for messing with my prescription and charging me more that would get them to stop malpractice

I have had it here. I came in for an eye exam and it took literally all day. When I asked questions they seemed annoyed and were dragging their feet. They didn’t even greet me when I walked in completely ignored me until I asked for someone to check me in. Not to mention expensive as hell. When I picked up my contacts one of the employees Serenity gave me attitude. I was walking to the back where I assumed you picked up contacts since the desk said online orders. Instead of saying your contacts is over here she asked me if I was going to get them myself in a rude and sarcastic tone. She then continued to mock me and gossip to the other employee about being the employee of the month.

Pretty complacent place. There's no sense of urgency or pride in work. Their eye exam is done by a tech, and you'll see an optometrist virtually. When you go to pick up your glasses, they don't fit you or confirm if you can see well with them. I had to request shaping the temples to make sure they don't fall off or if it's too tight. I wouldn't go to Stanton the next time.

Serenity was awesome! She was nothing but helpful throughout our entire visit. However, when we were ready to check out, whomever the lady is in the heels (I assume the manager) was absolutely rude!! When Serenity showed my nieces and I to the the lady's station she immediately shook her finger at us and said no no no. She has too much typing to do, but Serenity could check us out all the way across the room at another station. Another family came into the clinic not 10 minutes after that encounter and was immediately assisted by the Manager.

I was treated with the upmost kindness by Marissa and Nadia . Those two have excellent customer service skills . I would definitely recommend them to family and friends . If you must be seen there ask for Marisa or Nadia ,you will not be disappointed

I am still sitting waiting to be checked out! My appointment was at 10:00 I arrived at 9:45 and wasn't not seen until after 11:00.
Doctor was real cool. The two workers in store saw me waiting to check out and after 15 minutes of waiting just told me to sit down and wait for one of them. It is now 11:32 and I am still waiting to check out. I'm not ordering any glasses or anything. I just simply need to pay and go. Takes two seconds, maybe two minutes.
This has got to be one of the slowest places I've been to in a while where no one has a sense of urgency or respect for others people time. The audacity for you to tell me to arrive earlier than slotted time just to actually get me with the doctor 1.5 hours later! Insane. Will not be coming back.
The on site doctor was cool though! Very knowledgeable, very mindful.

09/14 Stanton optical Killeen are idiots! Drove 45 mins 1 way for an exam and contacts just for them to tell me their Internet is down. They couldn't even call me as a courtesy. Two 👎👎.
Do better!!! Your business sucks.

I haven't even gotteny glasses yet and I'm already disappointed. I went brought my own frame with me no issue everything was fine the problem comes with the amount of time I have been waiting to get my glasses it's been about two weeks so I call to check and they tell me my glasses are still at the lab processing my projected date is two weeks from now, I have never waited a month for glasses ANYWHERE and then the fact that its past my original projected date it would have been professional to call and let me know the projection date changed that's my fault for even going to them I was warned but it's a first and last for everything and this is definitely my first and less dealing with them.

Firstly, when I made the appointment by phone, they told me that everyone spoke Spanish very well, which was totally false. Well, that wasn't the most uncomfortable thing. The store manager treated me in a racist way. A girl, Marissa, was very kind, but the manager was very The unpleasant treatment made me feel uncomfortable, I returned a second time because I paid for two exams, one for normal lenses and the other for contact lenses, but one of the colleagues at the place crossed out the results of my exam with a marker because I told them that I didn't want to wear contact lenses, I just wanted to pay for the two exams and have my normal lenses made with my new formula. The fact is that the manager, in a rude manner, never looked at my face, and when speaking, she addressed a friend who had in the second chance and when I asked her to please print my exams again since they had crossed me out with a marker and the results were not visible, the manager gave the paper to my friend and she noticed very clearly that it is racist, it seems to me that her way The way she treated the client was terrible, I would not return to that store again, very rude, they did not teach her how to deal with the public or she is racist towards Latin people, and even the friend who accompanied me told me: never go back to this store again. . Something I don't plan to do again, I will get future lenses in other stores. Thank you for reading. The optician was on the outskirts of the Killeen Moll Texas. I hope the service improves for future Hispanics.

I scheduled an appointment for the eye exam at 5 pm on Wednesday August 28 ...arrived at 445..was told they only do exams on Wednesday....I'm baffled..won't be using Stanton optical
