She then impressed me with her knowledge of options available to me ensuring I would be satisfied with my purchase. My experience was one best I ever had.

There’s a lot of negative Nancy’s on y’all’s reviews. I understand that times are crazy, people feel entitled, and people can be very impatient. However, mine is positive. Very thankful that your services are still provided. (I mean, it could be gone overall. Like during COVID) Without y’all, my eyesight and overall health has improved. So no complaints in my department. The girls are ALL amazing (Danielle, Jenna, and Gwen are cool as ice) and make you feel at home. The ladies out front (Tina, Kim very humble ladies), and finally my sales rep (Sherry). How do I know all of ya’lls name?? ? cuz you made me feel at home! Pssttt…Happy customer here! Stay Humble!P.S. the only constructive critism I MUST share, a small snack machine even if we need to pay for it (does not need to be complimentary) especially for the complaining customers, they can snack away their impatience lol. You’d be surprised, customer relations with the simple things can go a long way. Oh, and suitable seats in the back. My back aches! Thank you - Come Again!

They always take care of me. I took my son and got him his glasses and Ms. Sherry did everything she could to keep it economical despite how serious his prescription was. Danielle was very friendly and attentive, making sure my son was comfortable for his exam. Great with kids.Those were the only two employees we directly worked with but everyone is super nice and I always come back here when I need glasses or contacts. They'll help you any way they can. ❤️

So appointments mean nothing to these folks. I came in for my appointment and was told you have 3 people ahead of you. So walk in’s take priority over people who chose to plan ahead? Cool. I will not go back and if you value your time, you won’t either!

Came to get my daughters glasses here and when I called to schedule the appt i verified to make sure they took her insurance and I was told YES THEY DID . We get the eye exam , glasses picked out and ordered to them be given a price I had to pay . When I know for a FACT I have never paid ANYTHING for my daughters glasses last few years . The lady said it was required by my insurance . I didn’t feel like arguing and my daughter needed the glasses . I don’t appreciate being lied because then when I spoke to a supervisor I was told they In facts DONT take her I sure and never have . Never offered an apology or anything. Basically told me there wasn’t anything that could be done . I will not be going back here

I was having issued with a previous pair of prescription glasses. Sherry ensured all my optical needs were addressed with a smile. Awesome customer service ?Jenna, who previously helped me during my exam was also amazing. She was professional and very informative with the process, because this was my first visit.These ladies are extraordinary! So glad I chose Stanton in Killeen.

Very friendly staff. Even if you’re new, they’ll make you feel as if you’ve been a customer for years.The most difficult part about the process was picking out my frames, there were so many options. They even explored price ranges with me to make sure I had the best experience possible. No frowns allowed at this store.

First of all, I was greeted right away while I waited (arrived early). Then VALERIA was so patient while I called my Benefits help desk to figure out if they were in my network. They were not but she explained the discount vs the store specials. Then SHERRY did the first part of my exam and took the time to explain my options and costs. The eye exam was virtual and a new experience but not much different from an in person experience. Finally, I picked two pairs and the manager ran my HSA Flex card for a grand total of $79 WITH exam!!!! My TWO pairs of glasses will be in - in 1-3 business days. Everyone was so nice and I didn't feel pressured to spend more like I did at America's "Best". Stanton Optical is the best - you have a customer for life!!!
