I strongly recommend finding another dry cleaners. I was charged for repairs that I did not approve. They had my phone number to contact me for situations like this and they never did. I asked for a light starch, my shirts we stiff as a board. And the cost at this cleaners is more than it's worth. But that is just my opinion.

You have been warned theft of service!!!!! I guess I didn’t read the reviews before I went. I just thought it would be convenient because it was passing through my location. They literally swear that they cleaned my clothes did not clean my clothes. It smells the same as I left it. They kept one of my jackets and didn’t even tell me that they couldn’t clean it when I had a timeline that I had to have it for, they stole my money. It was the forth hood location!!!!!!

Poor service. The lady behind the counter couldn't iron a "iron on patch". Instead she sew it on. Last week they lost some of my clothing and I witnessed several coustomer come in and complained. I see the reason. Unacceptable business equittes. Please go somewhere else that value their customers. Thanks

Times must be tough at this cleaners. Dropped off a set of ASU's to get a rank sewn on (which I provided), and an extra service stripe sewn on. Additionally, I got my pants, jacket, and shirt dry cleaned and 1 set of OCP's pressed (not even cleaned) Now, I should've asked how much it would be prior to, that's on me. But, when I went and picked them up. She told me it was $94.00. I couldn't believe what I heard. I won't be using this establishment again. No surprise she was once blacklisted. Steer clear folks.

Well I took my formal dress to be hemmed. The lady said she could do it for 75.00. I said wow, that's expensive. She said if i pay cash she would do it for 65.00. After two weeks I went to pick it up. She did ok, but it was not to my satisfaction.

DO NOT COME HERESHE BURNED MY PANTS!!!!I came pick up my clothes and wanted to try them on to see if they fit, she said no I didn’t have to try it. Weird but okay. I didn't want to force it so I trusted her I paid and left. I didnt look at my clothes until late that night, found a big burnt mark on my pants wonder why she did not let me try them on at her shop.I would not be mad if she be honest and told me what happened, it's just a pants I would not make it a big deal.She was dishonest and unprofessional. I read the bad reviews but I thought the job on those pants were too simple tomess up and her shop was nearby. I learn my lesson now to trust the reviewsDO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND CLOTHES!!!!

Went to pick up dress blues from here today. And the lady at the desk said $90. I looked at her and said what? you’re joking right?!? She said you wanted it express. I said there’s no way it’s that much and that the shops down the road from fort hood are $35 and maybe $55 for express. So she said fine you pay $80… What a scam or rip off the fact they can do and get away with stuff like this is wildin and should be illegal… soldiers whatever you don’t go here.

I've been in for 18 years and every alteration shop I have used over the years has been generally the same price so I didn't even think to ask how much all the alterations would cost (simply sewing on rank to several items). When I came back to pickup, I did a double take at the receipt and realized they had charged me at least three times any other place I have ever used. Total rip off.Service: Alterations

Went here and paid. They lost money and said they gave me back the wrong change and had called me to go back, which i did . I went back and then they told me it was okay to go and then kept calling my phone, harassing me, telling me to go back again because THEY LOST MONEY. I told them to stop calling me and I’ve already gone back once, they said “we have your number, we will keep calling.”! HARASSMENT.

Brought my ASUs in to get them put together. First mistake was leaving them there after I was told they don’t need to take the measurements to put a woman’s ASUs together. I left my bag with all my racks & ribbons in it, one of the items was a brand new rack still in the box. I come in to pick up & was told they “traded” me a 6 rack for the 7 rack I had. Which makes absolutely no sense because I had both a 6 & 7 rack in my bag. They took my brand new rack still in the box & hung it up on the wall to resale!! DO NOT GO HERE & if you do don’t leave anything in the boxes still because they will steal them from you & try to resale them.
