Super super bad advertising. Takes complete advantage of local soldiers. Advertises a very very low rate for month one and then Increases it five fold as soon as you sign. Beware and ask a lot of questions regarding pricing before you rent. Read your contract all the way to the very bottom and last pages.

We rented a moving truck and Sedona was very
courteous, time efficient and thorough with the process of getting us into a vehicle. The truck was way better than what UHaul rents out.

Melanie, Sedona, and Tiffany are absolutely wonderful. They are very family-oriented and take excellent care of their customers. They are truly understanding and always make you feel welcome. I would always choose them over the competition because their customer service is top-notch. Melanie is particularly knowledgeable about many topics; she is like a superwoman!

The people working at The Attic with the Penske rentals are appreciated. We made a mistake and rented a truck, that as we loaded, realized it was going to be too small. The place we rented it from, which was a town over, did not have a bigger truck. We contacted another Penske dealer. The Attic made the calls they needed to and approved us to drop the first truck to them instead of the original place we rented from, unload and reload the next bigger truck onsite, and all for a minimal charge. Nit being able to switch trucks would have ended up a terrible hardship for my daughter in her one way move to the west coast from TX. Her stuff is going now or never! Thank you so much for the quick assistance and understanding of our situation!
