Manager Minnie called my employee at work this morning and harassed her with threats. When asked for information on her manager she refused and continued to harass my employee. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. absolutely do NOT recommend giving your money to highly unprofessional people who make their job and company look bad in this way. 09/29/2025

Good for storage. Been using it for years. Only a few complaints..1: the price has gone up several times since i stated storing there.2: their a certain time you can't enter due to not enough lighting.3: although you have a grace period of about 5 days of you late on your bill, you won't be able to enter until it's been paid.4: some of their units, not the one I'm using but some of them have had issues with rodents.Other than that I don't have many issues.

I was a customer here back over 20 years ago when we moved back to Killeen when my hubs got out of the Air Force - they had a diff name then but so far so good. Friendly guy, decent units, fair pricing

Dale is rude but I'm not paying him to be nice. I'm paying to store my stuff. The hours are trash. Mouse droppings throughout my unit and I do NOT have food in there, even though he accused me of such.If you just need a hot (no climate control) box to store your stuff in, this place is fine.The rate goes up 10% every year. When I started it was like $75 and has gone up around $20 since then.My stuff is stored and secure, I guess. It hasn't gone anywhere.. so it gets the job done.

Very friendly. Manager sees that business is done properly and that your happy with your unit etc. Went out of his way to help me. Can't find a better storage facility than right here at Top Mini Storage
