This is the sketchiest dealership I've been to. Grant it, it was somewhat my fault for not doing research like I usually do. Went to see a grand Highlander, there was none available except one that another buyer backed out of. Asked to see it, drove it, loved it for the drive & space offered but wanted upgrades inside (brown interior, front camera, ventilated seats) because that's what I had in my Subaru Ascent. I was told the Grand Highlander didn't come with those options. I ended up purchasing the Grand Highlander that was available. However, I wish I would have done better research so that they couldn't have flat out lied to me just to make a deal. Now, 3 months later, the second key I was "supposed to receive in the mail" hasn't arrived. I called parts to check the status and was told "yeah a lot of people are waiting just wait." I responded with "I've been waiting since October" he said "just wait it'll come in the mail". The conversation was no longer worth my energy because they clearly don't care about a customers experience and the customer receiving what they PAID for. This is my 4th time buying a vehicle and I have NEVER been lied to like I was here. You will be valued more elsewhere, work with the Temple Toyota (they had no stock which is why we hadn't) or drive to Austin.

I try my best to do all of my own maintenance but I am adamant about using REAL Toyota parts. The only way to ensure that's done is ordering from the dealer. I shopped online and found they have some of the lowest prices on parts so I gave them a shot as I would get free shipping over $75.There was a big oops on the order and honestly my frustration wanted to give 1 star BUT mistakes/accidents happen and as a small business owner myself it's not that you make a mistake, it's how you respond to that mistake.I'm BEYOND IMPRESSED with how this dealership handled it. They owned it, paid to ship the oops back to them, refunded me, and called to let me know they refunded me.I took 1 star off for my frustration but honestly I would give them another opportunity because of how well they made it right. You have my respect and although you might not have my business now, I would no doubt give them another opportunity in the future.Y'all have a great day.

Two major issues here:1. My truck was sold to me with only one key - and the promise that another would arrive within a month or two. It has been four months, and no one can tell me when my second key (worth around $400) is coming.2. This is the major issue. I had warranty work done on my 2023 Tundra with 3400 miles on it because it was making a wind-noise through the driver side door (this wasn't fixed but not the issue here). Whoever test drove the vehicle treated it like absolute garbage. New Toyotas are equipped with an app that shows how the vehicle was driven. The person who drove my vehicle must've been doing burn-outs and power-sliding every corner. I've attached the screenshot of their test-drive to this review. I would never treat my vehicle like this, and I'll never be using this dealership in the future. It's extra disappointing because they actually have a good service manager (who was shown this screenshot). Now, none of the managers, nor the person who sold the vehicle to me, will respond to any of my emails or calls.

This place is so shady. You think as a big company they wouldn't be so money hungry and could just do a decent honest job. I've been on multiple occasions where they tell me something is wrong with my vehicle. One instance was a radiator leak. I asked where it was leaking from and they couldn't tell me so I told me I didn't want it fixed and never had any issues after the fact. I go last week for an oil change and then they tell me my oil pan is stripped. You can ask anyone and that's not normal wear and tear which they repeatedly tell me over and over while there was one advisor that worked there that when I talked him agreed with me since that's the only place I get my oil changed. That's the mechanics fault for stripping it. They tell me it's $900+ to replace and I can't leave but they can get me a rental. Didn't offer a temp fix or anything until I asked about it. I'm obviously upset and tell them I want the temp fix and of course they didn't charge me for that ($150). I've had my car for 8 years and it runs perfectly fine because I take care of it. I've always taken it to Toyota when I PCS and now I'll stop after this because they can't own up to their own mistakes.

I'm from out of town and needed to bring my sister's Toyota Highlander Hybrid since the Cedar Park location was too busy and didn't have appointments available. I have to honestly say that this is the best service I have EVER received at a dealership. First time at a Toyota one. JONATHAN the service advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole recall and maintenance process easy and no stress st all. ASHLEY the shuttle driver was fantastic. She needs a raise for her excellent customer service and being flexible with the customer. I will definitely come back to service my sister's car. Now I feel like buying a Toyota!!

I want to say thank you so much to this place. We came in January 21st to get an estimate on a vehicle based on price and arrival date. We needed something soon due to where we're moving to next. Our salesman's Zach was very informative, attentive to what we wanted, a family man himself and making sure that we were taking care of. The whole process with Zach didn't feel pressured, he carefully took his time to explain everything, actually cared and wasn't trying to push us into something to make a quick buck like the Cedar Park & Cavender Dealerships. We ended up finding what we wanted, put a deposit down on a car and Zach kept us up to date on the entire process from the car being delayed and when it'll be delivered. We came in yesterday (2/10/20223) to finish the process on our new vehicle. We reviewed everything and I believe the process maybe took two hours. He helped my husband and I install the car seat base and transport everything from the old car to the new one. The finance specialist guy, Rocky was also so helpful and polite. Note to everyone, yes the parking lot may look empty but I promise you it's worth going inside to put a down payment on a vehicle and wait on your vehicle. Once again thanks again to this dealership for caring about their customers, not overpricing vehicles like the competition/brother sister companies. Zach and Rocky you two did a phenomenal job! Oh and thanks to the lady who let us look at her car to see what our car would look like and don't feel embarrassed, I wish people did more showings like that because it's more realistic and that's what sold me!

I scheduled an appt to have a new battery replace at 12pm on 18Jan. I arrived a few mintues prior to my appt. I asked my service advisor to not only replace my battery that was still warrantied at 50% but also to check my belts and hoses. He said no problem, they would check the belts and hoses at no charge. I waited 1 1/2 hrs before I went to check on my truck and was told my advisor would let me know what the mechanic found. My advisor never came so I went to him. He told me what the mechanic recommended and I opted to only have the battery replaced at this time. He said he would let the mechanic know to replace the battery. An hour later, 230pm, I checked again and my advisor appologized and said it shouldn't take this long and he would give a discount for my wait. By 3pm I am livid. Finally, the advisor comes to me (for the 1st time) and says he is waiting for the discount to be applied. 15 minutes later at 315pm, I finally get in my truck to go home. This was the 2nd chance I was giving this dealership. My first experience was awful too. I waited most of the day for my truck to have new breaks put on but the mechanic was never told I was there waiting. He thought I was waiting at home so my truck was not a priority. Never will I enter the doors of Killeen Toyota again. What would have made a small difference is the customer service agent letting me know what was going on instead of my having to check with him.

Needed a replacement Highlander, so we went to this dealership, we also visited four others before buying the car. Toyota of Killeen is the best dealership from Austin to Waco. Drove several different models to make sure we wanted another SUV. Choose the trim level and colors and ordered one. It took about 6 weeks but Newton Rose and Billy Clifton kept us updated on the SUVs arrival. Newton walked us through all the fancy features of the new Highlander. Finance was a breeze, no hassle with none of the people we dealt with. They've always been easy to buy a car from and they still are, despite the lack of inventory. If you can wait for a new car, I would definitely recommend them.

Google maps has the wrong number but with a regular google search I was able to find their number listed (254) 690-5800 They are very responsive and reliable. I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago and couldn't find my extended warranty. Called them up to see if they had it, answered the phone quickly and had everything pulled up and sent over to me in less than 5 minutes. This is why I originally purchased a Toyota and went out of my way to drive to Killeen for the purchase. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a ton of packages to choose from. I can't say enough good things about Toyota of Killeen. Thank y'all so much!

Do they ever answer their phone? Does Apple maps have the wrong number? Press 1 for existing customers Press 2 for new costumers. Neither one worked. Both hung up right away.

Do not buy tires here. Overpriced, bogus warranty that doesn’t pay out. They charge $40 for a basic patch that other places do for free or less than $10. Minimum customer service or loyalty for regular/repeat customers. Very disappointing.

With the new time we are in I had to order my car, or take one that was coming in. Gerardo "G" Rodriguez was very helpful. They were able to loan me a vehicle until mine came because I sold my car. They worked with me on my payment! Super happy with my purchase!
