I went in because of a horrible situation that happened and Audrey was a sweetheart! She listened to my situation, and was able to help me come up with a solution and made sure I was comfortable.
I will definitely go back, and send all my friends.

I’ve been here a few times, every time I’m greeted when I walk in. Wonderful staff they do their best with helping you find whatever you may need. Plus they have a system where you earn some of the cash you spend back, not much but it’s a plus for me considering I have 3 girls and I do their hair often

Had a great experience until check out. My sister had a question about a product and because she didn't speak English well, she became rude and very frustrated. I'm not from here, but I frequently visit, probably won't use them again.

I will go in this store any day. I love the staff and most of all, I love the fact that the staff knows what hair products you need for your families hair textures. I will drive from Austin to come here for my hair and hair product needs.

I don't like this place, the employees are very rude and give me an attitude just because I explain to them that I can't wear a mask because I have respiratory problems .. by the way they weren't wearing a mask when they kicked me out of the place -0/10
