The employee closed the shop before my appointment time and left for the day, the business was supposed to close at 6pm and my appointmenttime was 5:30pm, also I arrived at 5:15pm. I made phone calls and was able to get him to return and open up to pick up my reservation about 30 minutes after the pick up time. He did accommodate me and my pick up was completed.
