Talked to this woman on the phone & she sounded high out of her mind or Xan’d out. I asked her if they had any trucks available & she stuttered for 3 minutes about Covid before finally telling me she could call other Uhaul places nearby & check their availability. Would not recommend.

Had to give a star to write a review. I have NEVER, had a issue ANYWHERE..... Reserved a truck and had people waiting for me to pick some items up they had been holding for a few days already. Almost a hour inside uhaul, no truck... After it was reserved.... Why? Oh bc I am linked to SOMEONE ELSE, that owes them money. That's them, not me... Wasted not only my time, my wifes time,other peoples time...oh and get this, i have my face covered completely, nope, i HAD to remove my covering and use a tiny little paper mask... SCREW TOU UHUAL...

Horrible customer service. My husband and i went in to reserve a truck and no one was even in the building. Then once two employees came in they didn't greet us and continued to avoid eye contact and even when i said excuse me to one of them. We continued to wait another 10 minutes when I'm assuming a manager came in and told everyone only 1 person in the building at a time. Which would be fine if anyone was being actively helped. Absolutely ridiculous.
