I can’t even remember a time when I’ve ever had to wait more than a few minutes. They always have me in and out so fast. My most recent visit, I was literally in and out in like 30 seconds 😅🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️

By far, the worst UPS store I've been to. I would avoid this place. Very unfriendly, ghetto-gum popping, ghetto attitude customer service. I would rather drive out of my way than deal with that nonsense.

I've only been to the Copperas Cove UPS store, and i love it to include the employees. Always my first place choice... I definitely will not go to USPS!!

FOLLOW UP: My package made it to Arlington and that's where it stayed. No explanation. No way to talk to a UPS employee. Made a claim and got my money back, but that doesn't make up for the loss. UPS is an example of enshitafication. Don't bother calling, they don't pick up the phone and if you leave a message, you will not get a call back. The counter staff are inept. If you have to use UPS through this location, carefully examine the charges. Except for Amazon returns, tracking information is delayed at least 24 hours. I never thought the day would come where I'd say the USPS has better package shipping. PS- If you call UPS directly, expect a 20 minute hold. This is after the automated voice cluster fark.

PACK MATERIALS AND SERVICE $5.81? What the heck? Tape, a piece of paper (maybe) and 2 min. I paid $58.58 for two 10X 10 boxes and shipping to GA. GEEEZE! I will say, even though this place stays busy the employees are, for the most part very pleasant which is good. I once asked, if the closing hour is 5 what time do they actually get out? Maybe 7/7:30. YIKES

12/5/24- I came to grab a package 4 mins before closing. they already locked the doors and wouldn't pick up the phone. I could visually see two employees at the register.

I am a self employed contractor who ships documents quite often at this location… each time I have to go to drop documents off— I dread it!!! The staff is absolutely awful… today I had a very bad experience with a redhead young chick… She stared at me for at least a min without a proper greeting! I am going to report this amongst other things to general manager… I’m just sick of them …DOMINIC IS THE ONLY PLEASANT ONE!

My experience was super negative. I paid for an express service due to the need and urgency that I had because my package will arrive on time and the person who assisted me was not professional enough and did not ask me for all the necessary information that was needed to fulfill the delivery, only telling me that if my The package was not delivered on time, my money was refunded, which was not the objective but for it to arrive as quickly as possible... the result was that my package could not be delivered and when I request my refund it turns out that it was my responsibility not to give the items. that they, who are the ones who fill out the form that I do not see on a PC (box), are the ones who must request them from you for the optimal and effective service... my money and my time was lost due to the bad work, deception and bad guidance given by The workers of this place, if they want to lose and waste their money, go to this place
