We came in Early on a Sunday. They opened at 11 we was in line by 11:10. When we get to the counter we are told we have a 2 hrs jump time. So you mean to tell me i pay full price 112 dollar for 4 kids for 2 hrs with socks. Yeah this place is becoming a rip off. There's barely anyone here around these hours n they charging FULL prices for 2 hours of jump. If it wasn't for the fact that my child begged to come here for her birthday I would have turned around and left.

Visited on a Saturday and it was a very busy place but the staff at the front desk kept things rolling as quickly and smoothly as they could. People don’t read signs or obey parking signs which added to their job reminding people move their cars and that the climbing gym was only for the smaller kids (all of which could be avoided if people cared to read the signs) the staff at the snack counter was also kind and helpful. This was the second time I’ve taken my kids here and we will for sure be back. The pricing was fair in my opinion and the kids had a blast!

Place was packed with children unattended my wife and I saw a 10 year old girl punch a 4 year old little boy in the face laugh and run off. No staff or parents in sight. The staff lets grown people jump inside the 7 or younger kid only area got toddlers trying to have fun in yet got a 23 year old dude with no kids come in and just jump around my 4 year as well. I will never do this again

The place needs to be cleaner with the amount of people that go through. Air purifiers might be a good things as well. Customer service isn't bad but not great. If you don't need help with anything, you're good. Year later and upper areas are filthiest I have seen in places. Also, you will find old food in kids places, maybe they don't make enough to clean well. Management/owner needs to work on this place!!

11 January 2025. Private room birthday party. The hostesses were very professional and did their best to work around the poor performance of the kitchen staff. The gentlemen who worked the kitchen and delivered the pizza were some of the worst employees I have ever encountered in a business that is built on children's play. The cook was short, brash, and ultimately rude to all customers ordering food from the concessions. He would slam stuff into the counter, not call out orders, and when asked for updates on an hour long wait for food he would respond with “I don’t know” . The pizza delivery gentleman would push past customers never saying “excuse me”, threw his dirty gloves missing the trash can and hitting me standing by the counter, never apologizing.

I gave it 3 stars because it was fun for my younger kid but besides that it’s super small, my older kid would have had fun if there was more trampolines to jump on. The food stand took for ever, I was the only one there and the teens in the back saw me but came out 10mins later on top of the 10mins I was there, yes they saw me. I waited another 30min for fries, when I asked about my order they said they didn’t know when it would be ready and even when they were ready they came out cold and soft. My kids were disappointed so that was a waste of money. I’m not expecting fresh fries but at least something warm since I was waiting so long.

Urban Air trampoline park is a fun spot for kids, and my kids always enjoy their time here. We’ve had mostly positive experiences with the staff, and the manager is really nice and seems to be doing her best to keep things under control. The membership pass is definitely worth it for us, and it's a good value overall.
That being said, it can get a little chaotic at times. A lot of kids get dropped off without supervision, and some of them end up acting out or even getting into fights with others. I’d recommend going right when they open to avoid the bigger crowds and rowdy behavior later on. All in all, it’s a decent place, but it could definitely benefit from more supervision to keep things calm.

I wish they would clean this place more. The ball pit and foam pit are just nasty. They need the foam cube covers that can come off and be cleaned. All the foam is picked apart as well. Had my children's birthday party here, and it was pretty good. We had a private party host, who was sometimes hard to find. They did provide everything we needed for the birthday party, which was great. Fun place, just wish it wasn't so dirty. And later in the day when it's jam-packed with people is awful.

The idea of the park is very enticing, my family of 4 was super excited to visit. We have been to other indoor trampoline parks in other states and countries. However, upon entering that excitement turned into disappointment.
Pros: different activities to choose from (if they’re open and the actual staff cares to have the activities open)
Cons: not enough seating, AC DOES NOT WORK
-staff provides ZERO supervision throughout the trampoline park thus allowing all the kids to bring food and drinks into all areas.
-the entire place is filthy! Not just a little dirty, but extremely filthy, the entirety of the play area with the slides was sticky and like it had not been wiped down since it opened. Theres black stuff all over the floor and the ball pit is a disease waiting to happen. People not wearing the proper socks are in and out of all the activities which falls in with the lack of staff supervision.
-theres a lack of parental supervision and seems like the teen hangout spot where all the teens get dropped off by their parents and abandoned for hours. Which cool, but they caused nothing but trouble and had zero regard for the smaller kids in the park.
- the lack of time restrictions on jumping ensures the place is over capacity most of the day as people just stay for hours.

Super exciting place to bring the kids and young adults but I do have to say the food here is not good at all. By that I mean the pizza feels/tastes microwaved and the fries were so burnt I didn’t even wanna risk any other food. Eat before you come here and save the money 🤙🏼

Cleanliness could be better but you can tell they work hard at it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mat is so amazing and I’d like to compliment him by name. My daughter was so afraid of everything. She’s been having issues with fear for several months. We had given up encouraging her after hours and was just letting her do her thing. She spent minutes with Mat and was climbing the walls like a pro! It was a huge boost to her self-esteem and we’re so grateful. It was so enjoyable we spent almost 4h there. Non-stop fun!
