me and a few of our friends visited for some fun, however found dirty attractions with dried boogers and food all over the trampoline and obstacle course structure. we also tried to go to the drop zone, where there were ZERO staff watching the area and two young customers grinding and touching all over each other IN FRONT OF KIDS. it was disgusting and horrible, and this place will have no more of my money.

Hawt Gahbbich!! Poorly run, poorly managed. Understaffed. The staff there are too young, too inexperienced, and too undertrained to even know how bad the experience is. Had my niece's birthday party there. One person cooking food, just one. Took my dad nearly 45 mins to receive his order of chicken wings. Plenty of staff standing around at the front desk. Had to track down and remind the party host that we needed forks for the cake. Other small issues abound. My guess is they are the only game in town, they have a captive audience because of the army post, so no one gives a flying you-know-what about service!!!

I have been to a couple urban air locations in Texas. This one is by far the cleanest location I have been too. The staff was amazing! they were super friendly and very attentive. when i 1st arrived it was pretty slow and not a lot of kids there. the staff kept my kiddo busy by jumping with him. and making up games to keep him engaged. I will definitely be back. customer service was phenomenal I have never seen anything like it.

Went on a Friday nite about hour and half before they closed. There was quite a few people there. With all the attractions open there were kids climbing. Sliding, dunking, battling, dodging, zipping, and laughing everywhere. There was a local police officer there acting as security. He did make one group of kids leave. We got the membership. The "snack" was an Airhead Candy. Park was surprisingly clean. Will be returning.

I came here today to take some kiddos to enjoy Spring Break and the lady at the front counter named Jordin was so incredibly nice and patient. She really helped me out with picking the best pass for the different ages that I had with me. The kids had a blast. The food was good and definitely will come here during the summer to get out of the heat. Thanks Jordin, for great customer service!

Host could barely be present because he was hosting 3 other parties. This is the second encounter I had with urban air not being able to provide me with a host as advertised. As it is busy you should hire people according to your business needs. My pizzas were burnt, nothing but pizza and popcorn was avaliable. I did set up and tear down by myself. It was not the party host's fault, they did the best they could with a smile in the midst of pure chaos with management basically standing around but everyone was present during payment time. i will never do another party here. PS hire actual adults not just teenagers.

Seemed to be short staffed, 1st day of sprung break. The zip line employees were not friendly at all, no one to stop the kids at the end. Shut down, rock climbing and obstacles course, while zipline was open. Rotating activities which is better then totally shutting down activities. Employees just walking around, not supervising anything, they look like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. Disappointed for granddaughter that came to visit. Will be finding somewhere else to go next time.

Came for a birthday party. Always fun for the kids. Wish the playscape area was more lit up. Hard to monitor my kids when they climb into the abyss. But they love it.

This facility offers a range of activities that can keep older children engaged and entertained. However, parents of toddlers avoid visiting on busy days, as older children can be less mindful of their surroundings. During my visit, I observed several instances where my child was almost trampled over due to the chaos and commotion. Unfortunately, some staff members seemed unaware of the situations that were occurring between the older kids and were unable to intervene. Moreover, the concession stand/kitchen was understaffed, which led to some undesirable customer experiences. Patrons, including some older children and adults, were observed being impolite to the staff, causing a sense of discomfort. Consequently, some customers became impatient and irritable due to the long wait times.

My name is Jeanae banks and my child got kicked out for no reason. I saw every single when I was paying for the wristband then left. When I picked her up she told me she was getting chased and told what to do be coworkers, and kids . Not to mention this one and specific coworker named jordin or something like that she was on my child’s tail/bossy when she need to be at the counter given out wristbands like she was Assigned to do, but for some reason she’s worrying about my child like there’s plenty and I mean plenty of other kids running and pushing but she wants to come after my child… especially with the BOYS that was chasing my child my child to the girls bathroom AND DIDNT KICK THEM BOYS OUT !!! She’s wired and about to get FIRED!!!!!!! Horrible experience for my child . And don’t let me mention the fact we paid for a certain type of bands and she still gave us the basic wristbands!! I am so devastated I’ve never had to deal with this type of disrespect.

My son is 5 autistic and one of his favorite things to do is jump. On Friday I decided to take him to Urban Air since it was a rainy day. When we got there it was very busy and I forgot to buckle my son in the stroller. As I was about to pay my son darted off so I went after him leaving the stroller behind. When I returned with my kicking and screaming toddler one of the staff members was looking out for my stroller and offered to keep an eye on my screaming toddler while I went up to pay. As I went up to pay a gentleman told the staff not to worry about the tickets and they gave me two wristbands. The staff showed such kindness and understanding. They were compassionate towards my son. It put a big smile to my heart to still find people with such big hearts.

Kids had fun but it was not well lit up, ventilated, and muggy
