Received broken merchandise, filed claim, provided proof of the footage of the mail lady leaving a bent box at my door step and I left the damaged item at the post office like they asked and they went ahead and refunded my claim after I correctly followed rules for claim. They didn’t refund the full amount of the $154 but I did get the $100 back. I still lost money so not too happy but glad they tried.

I love USPS as a whole, but the staff at this location always have me leaving in a bad mood. There's some pass off people working at your local post office!

A parcel was delivered to previous address. My fault for not updating address on the app I purchased from. I called the post office at Copper Mountain and spoke to Brandy. Very friendly and helpful! Reached out to both my previous and current city carriers. They were on it!! Amazing service and work ethic! For a post office that has to take care of a couple of zip codes and large population…. these employees are the best! Thank you!

I mean, if the Post Office is trying to save money, disconnect your phone system. No one in Killeen, TX has answered their phones. No need to pay for them if you don't use them!!!

Why don’t they hire people who can read? I’ve lived in my house for a while and have had my mail box changed to a rental (3) times. What is wrong with this post office on WS Young in Killeen, TX. If they can’t do the job keave and hire someone who can do it efficiently.

Locked the doors 2 minutes before 1300, advertised Saturday hours until 1300.
Always long lines and many times only one person working the front.

We changed our address, ???? Did we, ummm yes. Going on three weeks no mail at new address, where is my mail. Trying to call is a night mare.
All you get is press a number for this press a number for that.
None of the numbers are related to my question.

Complaining about your PO Box here? Have you tried The UPS Store on Trimmier? They rent mailboxes and have AMAZING service.

The letter was returned to me with a mark on it that indicates the address was incorrect. However, this was not the case as the address was correct. The letter arrived in Austin and was then returned. To find out a little more information about returning a letter, I came to this post office. Unfortunately, the employee could not provide an answer as to why my letter was returned.
By the way, I am confident that I provided the correct address. I resent the letter to the same address and it was successfully delivered the second time.
I also cannot understand what is happening with this mail, because the second letter I sent from this branch, through the hands of an employee, did not reach New York. By the way, this letter did not reach the intended recipient and was not returned to me.
What a mess!
