Place deserves 0 stars. Mail is never on time packages get rerouted all over texas the day of delivery making them weeks late and sometimes damaged because the extensive trip in the mail. Idk who runs this place but it needs a restructure bad!!

went in saterday and the lady doing passports was very rude and stern need to have a smile and be decent to your customers also was very packed and not much staff in there they guy working was polite but the female was rude to almost all the people

From the moment I walked in we we were not greeted and the two african american men at the passport counter were rude and condescending. It was my first time applying and I ended up walking out.
