The lady at the front desk was rude!!!!!! She starts judging what I was wearing rather than help me ship my package! I left feeling so uncomfortable. Im here to ship my package not worrying about my clothing! So rude!

I came to pick up a package that was sent to my P.O. Box, the lady at the front was extremely rude to me. She told me I wasn’t listening to her & that the conversation was done.

Do NOT Use the Drop-Off Box — Use the Counter Only
I dropped off a package here after a USPS worker suggested I use the drop-off box. Days later, the package went missing. When I asked about it, they told me, “If you use the box and not the counter, there’s no guarantee your package is safe.” That’s unacceptable. Why recommend something that’s not secure? My package was never scanned or found. I strongly advise others to avoid the drop-off box and always get your package scanned at the counter. There are serious accountability and trust issues at this location.

Twice have I mailed a broken phone out of this post office in exchange for a replacement, one to T Mobile and then the other to Verizon after I switched. Twice have both phone companies not received the phones. Twice have I had to pay full price for the replacement phones.
Do not trust this office. You’d think that one of the oldest and largest federal agencies of the US Government would be able to literally do their job, but I guess that’s not the case. Maybe it’s the employees here. Shame on this office.

It's obvious the USPS hires anyone whether they are competent or not. Their service is rotten from top to bottom. They need to be mercilessly DOGEd out and PRIVATIZED.

I have a shared PO Box, which I’ve received mail at before. When I had a package returned to sender in January, I asked them about it and they told me the label was wrong and to just reorder it. I’ve now had 5 parcels returned to sender and FINALLY someone had an answer for me. Nicole was very helpful at correcting the issue quickly, which was my name was not on the PO Box (it obviously was at some point or I couldn’t have received mail for MONTHS). I’m not sure where the issue occurred but I wish it could’ve been resolved the first time I asked about it.

Very rude lady. Has a badge that says “she’s going to match your energy” but apparently you have to match hers and it is horrible. I hope she finds peace and happiness

Can never deliver a package on time!! One package got sent to a completely different city and took over a week to get delivered package was from corpus christi shouldn't take 10 days to be delivered. Another one was supposed to be delivered Wednesday now won't come till probably Monday because it managed to go from Dallas skip killeen to Houston to North Houston to now Austin WTH USPS take notes from Amazon on how to deliver packages!!

Clerk Armstrong is so rude came up there because I sent a piece of mail certified to a location three hours from here. It have been in transit for seven days with no updates. When I inquired online about the certified mail I was told to go to my local post office. I was explaining the situation. Armstrong asked me “ What do you want us to do?” I told her I was informed to come up here. She asked me where did I get my information? I told her the post office website. She was very rude and offered very little help. Told us to go to the location at Copper Mountain. definitely avoid this post office!!!
