Verabank people are friendly, helpful and respect. They are patience, knowledge and amazing customer service. The people is able to get new bank cards, new debit cards, make deposits, update address and resolve issues. A lost wallet situation is made less than 10 minutes and the stressful situation is made much better. Mistakes in deposits are correct with nice help. Consistently the service exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond. Although the machine that makes debit cards is not in service, make another trip to get a new card. Customer love the bank.
