Do not go to this Verizon store they have no desire to assist you if you’re not adding to their commission. Rodney and Robert were awful. They didn’t assist the just insisted that I call customer service. After being threatened with the police I went to the cove store (not a corporate store) they informed me that once I left the Killeen store had my account flagged for fraud. (Nothing was fraudulent) it took a while but they fixed everything I left out of there happy with 3 new phones. Moral of the story AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST

That one star is a negative. The first day I came I spoke with a lovely lady who assisted me and told me what I would need to do to switch lines today totally different. Different lady very very bad customer service I assumed she would be friendly as I watched her service the people in front of me, when I say this woman gave me every reason NOT to switch my line or trade in my phone that's an understatement. I tried several times to give her my id to start the process but she point in a direction where the phone I wanted was and said it's over there, ma'am I know that I just told you I was here yesterday. Then she says do you have your pin and account number I said I can get it then, I get it and she says before she takes any info , I need to pull your credit and it's gonna be a hard pull. This may sound minuscule but it was the last straw, bc there were so many things she kept saying. She continues to explain NOT the benefits of becoming a Verizon customer but the hassle it would be for me to become a Verizon customer, so I politely decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm a traveling RN so I'm sure there'll be other opportunities this one was amiss.
