Kory and Dewan this morning were absolutely amazing! My S/O was having issues transferring his phone number over to the Verizon service, and he was without phone service for 48 hours. Kory was able to assist him and fix the issue within 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service!

My second visit to Verizon in 2 days not because something was wrong but because my offer was so good I had to bring over a few lines from a different carrier. This location has a gentleman by the name Kory who provided me with with fast and friendly service. Verizon is held to a high standard and I understand why because they employ great people like Kory

For the past 3 1/2 years I have been taken care of by Cameron. Cameron has always been professional, family oriented, knowledgeable, and always is looking for the best ways to serve us customers. Cameron deserves a nice trip for him and his family because he always goes above and beyond. Thank you Cameron for always making my life easier. All the store associates are amazing but if Cameron left, I’d had to leave too. LoL

Went into Verizon to get a new phone and some new watches and Kallen was so fun and knowledgeable. He made the appointment go by fast and efficient. You can tell he’s been there forever. He set up everything and did the dirty work while we talked and unwrapped our new phone and watches. I actually enjoyed going in and will definitely stay a customer for the foreseeable future.
