The sales people here claim to know more than a corporate account specialist who sent me here to pay a final bill. They took my money but could not give me a final bill receipt like the specialist said they would. Another reason I'm not with Verizon.

The manager had the most welcoming and disarming smile.The Customer service person was efficient and I was out as quickly as I walked in. Great service

Rodney took care of me after my S10 got the black screen of death after 4 years. Got my phone back on and recovered all my data transferred to the new S23+.Would definitely go back to this location for my phone needs!

I am surprised that the bad customer service that I received 5 years ago has not gotten any better. On 10/7/22 my daughter purchased me a Samsung s22 ultra for my birthday. I love Androids. From the beginning I was getting notifications constantly that the phone was overheating and the constant pop up ads was terrible. I returned the phone on 10/19 and I was given another one. The next morning the second one was saying it was overheating constantly and continued to do so. On Thursday 10/20 I called the Verizon 800 # and explained my problems.After explaining the issues, the rep put me on hold for several minutes. When she came back she said to return the phone to the store and get another phone, an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT phone! My daughter came and picked up the phone today. At this point I do not want a Samsung. $1200 is a pretty big price tag for issues from the start. My daughter talked me into a iPhone. I never was a iPhone person. The Verizon customer service rep. then proceeded to charge my daughter a $25.00 restocking fee and then a $30.00 fee to transfer the data from my defective NEW Samsung to a NEW Apple phone!!!!!! How can this be right?!

Rodney was the best ! I walked in a couple weeks ago to get an upgrade and he helped me with the preorder process. He was very detailed and went over everything to perfection! Today I came back in to trade my phone in and get some accessories and he was still the same ? Definitely make your appointments with him. The best customer service experience I’ve had in a cellular store. Thanks Rodney for everything!

Ordered an internet Hotspot device on Sept 13th to be picked up at the store. Device is still not ready for pick up. It's the 17th and still waiting.To many issues with this store. Probably will cancel if not ready today.

i purchased the phone and Apple watch as a bundle.After arriving home i realized the employee gave me the wrong color.I went back up to verizon to return it and pretty two other employees persuaded me to keep the watch.I used the watch once and after it set in the bag because i planned on returning after getting over being sick.I called Verizon and they told me since i’m only a couple days late then to talk to the manager at Verizon.The moment i go inside,none of them attempted to even check my account to confirm the day i got the watch and i was immediately given a no.Verizon has very poor service and i will not be fooled by their promotions again and will switch back to T-Mobile because this company prides themselves on scamming people.

Not military friendly. Gave misleading information prior to deployment for a phone sale. Phone was unable to be unlocked even with military orders (not what they said). Experience might have me leave Verizon.
