Will not be returning, the pharmacist threw my prescription down on the counter instead of placing it in my hand. Like literally tossed the prescription. I felt the hatred from her.

Only reason I go to them is because it's closer to where I live. Most of the workers there have a pisspoor attitude every time I go there. Last time one of the ladies there was rude to mother. She's lucky she was behind a protective glass. If you hate your job so much, apply elsewhere. Anyways, don't come here. They are as trash as they come.The blonde pharmacist gentleman, is actually decent. Everyone else there deserves to be fired or something.

These folks don’t know what customer service means. And understand how a discount card works so they tell the customer we need to call. They will not go above and beyond so if you want a below average pharmacy this is it.

I can't say I've ever had a pharmacist that didn't explain anything when selling medicine. I got my prescription, and they said nothing to me except what it costs, no offer of a consultation. So I took the pills and headed back to work. Well I was working in the sun and passed out and got hurt. Reading through the pamphlet it came with it says stay out of direct sunlight. Glad I read that afterwards, and also it has extreme reactions with alcohol. I'd definitely take a extra drive to avoid this location.

Called to make sure my prescription had been received, they said they didn't receive it, doctor resent it and they said it still wasn't received yet, turns out it was on their fax machine with three days worth of other prescriptions. Also wouldn't tell me if they took my insurance. Told me they would have it ready in an hour, came in 2 hours later and it wasn't ready yet and they didn't accept my insurance, so the trip and waiting in line was a total waste of time.

I know we are going through pandemic and a winter storm but my loved ones need there medicine. I really regret going through this pharmacy, they have left no word of when they will close or be open. Both google and Walmart.com are saying it’s open but when I arrive for the past three days they are closed. What am I left to do? if I had gone through any other location, this could’ve been avoided....

Medications were sent in electronically at 6:12. Called at 6:49 was told just received and would be ready in 45 minutes. It’s 8:04 pm and script still not ready. It’s antibiotic for an ear infection. It seems this pharmacy always has a delay and cannot seem to fill a scripts in a timely manner. The pharmacy tech was pleasant but it would seem a better more efficient system needs to be put in place.

The quality of service has declined over the last few years and i am moving my family to another pharmacy.
