Brandon helped me and my fiancé out in finding our wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. He was very thorough and helpful! Very professional and extremely friendly. I had amazing service at this location. Candi was super helpful with me in picking out my anniversary ring. She made sure I didn't leave the store with a ring I wasn't in love with. She made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. I will do all of my future business at this store. Thank you so much Candi for all of your help!

So I go today minding you online it says they open at 10am. I get there a little early so I wait in my car until about 1006. I walk inside it’s still closed and one of the workers is sitting on the bench to get in her self. Then around 1009 someone walk in with keys (guessing a manager or key holder of some short) and open it up then close it. So I asked what time do y’all open. She laughed and said 1100 and google is wrong. Minding you I never said anything about google or anything. So that means you as a manager or key holder knows that online is incorrect especially since you laughed about it in my face and I wasn’t laughing at all. Poor customer service. Plus online anyone can click suggest work hours so I know as the company they should be able to fix it but obviously don’t care to because I’m sure I’m not the first nor will I be the last person that this will happen to. I will start making the drive to a different location to shop. Minding you this is not the first not so good experience I have had there but just not wrote anything but figured was the last straw.

Went in yesterday for a last minute purchase while my wife was a few stores down. I found a silver set which was a heart shaped pendant with necklace and heart shaped earrings all together in one display box. A woman in a red blazer approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes, and id like to see this set and how much it’s being sold for. I then asked if it was real silver? She checked and said yes.The price she said was $149. Perfect I said, I’ll take them. We walk up to the register, she has me input my name and email on her hand held iPad. Then she says okay it’s three hundred something. I said what??? I thought it was $149, she said, oh no that’s just the necklace, the earrings are separate.I said okay that was not explained to me! I said well I can’t do that right now, I’ll just take the necklace. I can tell on her face she was already calling me cheap in her head. The new total came up two hundred and twenty two or so. I said, okay I have a budget to keep, why is it that much from $149?!?! She says, ohh you don’t want the $50 dollar lifetime warranty??? What?!?! That wasn’t ever mentioned to me and you just threw it in without saying a word.So again I say I’m sorry I’ll have to pass on the warranty please. Again I can see on her face she thinks I’m a cheap man. I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like that, we just came from the gym, so I was dressed in sweats, we just literally spent $5,300 dollars on my work truck repairs that morning and were a bit tapped out right before Christmas! My wife and I agreed we had a budget due to the unforeseen circumstances of my truck breaking down.You really shouldn’t judge a book by its cover…..I will not be returning.
