Terrible place to go especially around 5:00 don't go the lines are entirely too long store is always dirty most of the time items are still on cards in the middle of the aisle so you can't go down the aisles in a wheelchair or even a walker to get to the things you need they really really really really need to hire more people at a time they put too much on their employees they often leave one employee to stock and do the register which causes thefts and slower service employees do their best with the situations always polite

09/06/2023 dear cashier John, my mentally ill sister went in to make a purchase & you literally asked her to leave the store cause she was going to pay with change ,, horrible , and despicable, my sister is in a group home and wins money playing bingo and this was the only form of money sheever carrying, ,, shame on your actions she didn't not understand why you turned her down... her money was nicely sorted and counted separated into groups she spent all day doing so ... no more words for you John. I will be talking g with corporate and your managermade me sick

Sarah extremely rude... rolled her eyes and left the building when these young girls didn't have enough money to pay for there items and told them they better not leave in a rude manner... if that wasn't bad enough she left the lady there who was which new to the job -review written on 12/19/22 around 8pm- which was the date and time this incident occurred

This store is in complete disarray. Unsure of the status of employee’s but I would immediately seek out new management because they clearly have no business handling the logistics of a small consumer store. The amount of products stacked in cages and boxes among the aisles has clearly created a significant fire hazard, yet they have been unable to resolve this issue for weeks. Extremely disappointed as this is one of three stores available for this type of merchandise in Kingsland. Management is failing, I would gladly take over for 100k a year with bonus with a guarantee that I would save this store from it’s guaranteed future demise.

The assistant manager was rude when I asked to enter my number for coupons he said he couldn’t “go back to the screen”. I worked for Doller general before so when trying to explain how to do so he rolled his eyes and made others gestures.

They don't have baskets to shop with. When you ask for a basket you are directed by the cashier to the side alley where they might have some by the garbage dumpster. SMH.

First off this site says the store is open and it is not! It has not been opened past 5pm for at least 4 days now. This store is the worst they are always closing early they never have the store stocked and I don't know how Dollar General hasn't closed it down, I went in there yesterday and there was six different Dollar General employees there working and they still are telling everybody they have to close at 5:00 that trucks just keep coming in. the Dollar General in Buchanan dam is open until 10:00 now how is it the Dollar Generals in Marble Falls and Buchanan Dam can stay open until 10:00?? I cannot be the only person that sees how bad this store is and it should be shut down. Or have a big boss come in there and hire an entire new crew. Tere is a huge problem in this store that Marble falls and Buchanan dam just don't seem to have.

Very very disorganized, it was delivery day, but store was not cleaned from day/days before.Every isle had trash or merchandise on the floor. Several isles had 2 or more dollies stacked with merchandise and only one person putting up stock.It was 9am and one cashier had to take a break or something.This store is in need of some serious help.

If I could leave a 0 i would. The old man as the manager is very rude.! The store was a total destroy the floor looked as if someone smeared black grease everywhere. Will not go back.!!

Don't ask for supervisor to the employees. On thanksgiving day I bought couple of stuff with 53.30. I had paid 40 out of my PayPal card and, when it was time to pay with my other card. I notice my card was declining due to my account has been compromised. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to call my bank on thanksgiving day. I asked the women the stuff I just bought can be credited into Dollar General card. She seems very put out to help and, told me She is suspended the transaction. There’s nothing I could do about it since I didn’t have the money. She had told me that I need to leave the store. I asked for a receipt but the employee was hesitated by giving me one. Which I don’t appreciate at all.She had Poor attitude and extremely rude. If you are going to make rude comments, make sure you don't make them where the customer can hear you as well. So I call my bank and they told me their is no refund pending and, pretty much states I paid 40 at dollars general. So I need to know how do I get my $40 refund back from Dollar General. I’ve been trying to contact the supervisor and every time I try to contact them that employees ignores or tells me The supervisors busy to talk to me. For 10 years I have work for customer service never have I ever Mistreated any of my members. It may be only $40 but is simple fact I left with nothing. how can I address this issue with Management.

Don't ask the associate with the Bob (dirty blonde or light brunette) a question. She seems very put out to help. Especially if you ask a price on something that isn't priced. Poor attitude and extremely rude. If you are going to make rude comments, make sure you don't make them where the customer can hear you.
