I missed a payment. The next day they put a red lock on my unit that same day I left payment in the box. A week later they finally took the red lock off. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I had checked out the surrounding other storage companies in the area and no one could beat the quality of Kingsland Mini Storage. They are competively priced, have good service and very clean storage units.
