Tooks some new painted boat hoods/motor covers in for graphics and the lady said it would be 2 weeks. We left the hoods and waited for an email for the design to be approved. No email, no phone call no returned email after 3 weeks of waiting. Waisted our time. Very disappointed. If they were too busy to not ignore us, they should have said so when we were in the shop.

My experience with the owner and personal opinion is that he is seriously dishonest. He even went so far as to denying doing business with me which is untrue. I did a considerable amount of water jet cutting for him in the past. He used to like coming in the shop and bragging to me on how much money he had ripped off from his clients. That’s my experience with him.

I cant say enough about how great these people are. I brought in a basic idea for a decal on my boat and they turned it into something great. Price was great, people were great and service was great. They even let my two young boys help apply the decals to my boat. If I could figure out how to add a picture I would.

Ramon helped us try to restore a very large, old neon sign we owned. This was a very difficult project and Ramon tried and tried to help us, and the sign and sign mount were not cooperative. Twice, he had the repair done and was thwarted by something else going wrong and all his hard work (new neon tubes) getting destroyed. He went WAY above and beyond what would be expected of any vendor on this project. Throughout it all, he was kind and patient. Thank you, thank you, Ramon.
