Good thing I keep track of packages. I had ordered some live reptile food & I when went to check to see if my order was out for delivery it said the package was handed directly to resident of the property which was a lie cause i was home an it was not handed to me the carrier placed it in my mailbox in the heat when it clearly states on the label live insects keep out of heat /cold. It easily could of been left on my porch in the shade. The mail carrier is lazy & irresponsible with packages of any sort cause this isn't the first time this has happened.. if you don't wanna do y'all's job right then find another one or do better & stop lying about how you hand delivered it to the resident when there was clearly no contact made or attempt to.

These 5 stars are for the nice lady in this office who has a great sense of humor. I put in a request to have my mail forwarded to where I would be currently staying. While I didn't initially get my mail successfully, I know this postal employee had nothing to do with this situation. This employee is articulate and very well aware of what is going on around her. She is always cheerful and tries her best to make her customers laugh if time permits.I want to thank this woman for her wonderful sense of humor. Whenever I have dealt with her, I always left feeling a little better than when I arrived. Wish I could reveal her name, but for privacy purposes, I just won't do that.

The confusion with the Kingsland post office is who do we seek help from. Continual incorrect items in box. Lost items in the post office, items sent to us with priority says in post office, yet it take days to be put in box. Not to be ungrateful but this has been an ongoing issue for a year.

I have lived here in Kingsland a little over a year and a half and constantly get mail with names not at my address. I can understand those but I received a whole stack of mail that not only had the wrong name on them but the wrong address. It was not even the same street name. I have spent 3 of my lunch times returning mail at the post office even though I have filled out 2 of those forms that state to only deliver mail with these names on it at this address. I even came home to mail just thrown on the ground by my gate, must have been after complaining at the post office. Today took the award though. I stood in line while the employee behind the counter spent half my lunch time peeling return receipt stickers off of some mail a patron was going to mail out all the while saying the prices of stamps and PO Boxes were going up. So by the time I made it up to the counter to turn in the mail that was delivered incorrectly I was a little deturbed and told the employee what has been happening with my mail delivery service and that before they started to go up on prices they need to learn how to deliver the mail first. I admit I should have been a little nicer but I was meet with would you like to fill out a complaint form all the while she rolled her eyes at me. I was so angry at that point that I had to exit and usually I would not write such a bad review but this is unacceptable behavior.

Two times now informed delivery has informed me of pieces of mail that are coming in my mailbox and have never made it to my box they get sent back. If it wasn't for informed delivery and the places that are sending these checks out getting a hold of me I would have never even known my mail didn't make it to my box. I just want my mail please.

I'm staying at an RV park and trying to get packages delivered. They sent everything back to the sender with it marked no such number. This is not true as the carrier can leave it with the main office. I stopped in there and they are completely unwilling to work with me. I'll ship UPS, FedEx, or Amazon next time. USPS is terrible to work with and reasons like this is why they're hemorrhaging money.
