Valentine's is a quiet place with clean rooms and great service. The staff is courteous and friendly, they greeted you. The lake access is easy and the dock is perfect for fishing. You caught catfish, crappie, Bass, perch and many fish under the spotlight. The pool is crisp clear and the air conditioners work great. Cabin is comfortable and well stocked and beds comfortable. Owners make you feel like you have known them forever. Families with kids and puppy enjoyed the quiet location and the heart shaped pool. Many encourage everyone to go and try the lake and stay back.
We had a wonderful relaxing week at Valentine Lakeside. This was our second vacation week spent at Valentine, and can’t wait for our next visit. Cabin #9 with its back porch view of the lake was perfect and will be our preferred spot moving forward. See ya next time!!

Pat and Susan at Valentine Lakeside made us feel like we were home. Everyone was really kind. The scenery was beautiful. The resort was so peaceful. Room was clean and everything we needed was available. We can’t wait to return.
