We have loved banking with WF up to now. We understand how things needed to be during COVID. Now, however, it's time to open the doors again. The long lines at the drive-through are frustrating, to say the least. And, when the ATM is down, it's worse, especially if you are on a time schedule. Other locally-owned banks are open. I imagine you are taking your instructions from corporate, so you can pass this along to them. If you can't open your doors in the very near future, we will be moving our accounts elsewhere, and we've been customers for over 20 years. By the way, no one answers the phone either. This is not the way to do business, at least not here. We try to support the businesses here, but you are making it hard, and the very simple answer is to open your lobby back up.

5/4/2021 They are taking advantage of the "COVID" risks by pushing to use the drive-up, which takes forever. I used the drive-up today for a simple deposit and the teller took my deposit, laid it on the counter, walks away, and another teller eventually comes and picks it up and asks how she could help me today? When they finally get my deposit completed, they tell me that the Commercial lane usually takes longer. Really??? I understand that when someone is making a commercial deposit. The other lanes with their carrier tubes were taking longer. Incidently, there was not any vehicles behind me, so I was not making a "commercial" customer wait.

Trying to make deposit for a friend that is out of town I’m not on the account so they will not allow a cash deposit. Then tried to call the bank took 5 min with automated system before it put me on hold for another 10min I’m still waiting

Not a pleasant experience. Cannot make appointments. It takes 20 minutes to get thru the drive through with only one person in line. They never answer the phone. Will be moving my banking elsewhere.

Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Will not allow a cssh deposit into account for anyone in less you are signer on the account. You can not try to give your child or granddchild money, they won't take it.!!!!
