“Management and Maintenance are amazing! We have been here for a couple months and any maintenance issue we had has been fixed within the next day or two (depending if we put the order in in a weekend, which obviously they don’t work?). Lupe the main maintenance man has always been friendly and super understanding with fixes needed in our townhouse (me being very pregnant I can’t do a lot of the basic repairs). Polly got us set up within the week to move in and was very kind? Definitely recommend this place!”

“The apartments are nice, but what has made my stay here great so far is the maintenance man Juan, he is always helpful, going back and forth working hard all day long. He helped us move furniture around and tackled our apartment problems as fast as he could and always let us know ahead of time that he was doing his best to help fix our issues. We are very grateful to him.”

“I've been a renter with Casas Del Rey since 2024 and will be until I have to buy a home or leave the Kingsville area. This establishment offers excellent service, are always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The management staff at Casas Del Rey are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live, especially Ms Montezuma and Ms Elizabeth which are truly two of the most professional and friendliest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. Every time I had a problem in my apartment, Ms Elizabeth would always make sure the issue was dealt with promptly. I really couldn’t ask for a better staff. Thank you.”

“The maintenence supervisor Abel was helpful and fast with fixing our issue. He came as soon as we put the work order in and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our water heater. He went above and beyond to help us and get us a new water heater the next day. He made sure the water heater was working and ready to use. I appreciate knowing we have such amazing and helpful maintenance personal.”
