“I resided at this property for nearly 21 months, and I would like to provide a comprehensive review divided into two parts: Management and the property manager, Polly.Firstly, upon my initial move-in, I encountered some difficulties with the management and property associates. The condition of the apartment was not entirely clean, and regrettably, I had no alternative but to assume the apartment and undertake the cleaning ourselves. However, with the arrival of Polly as the property manager, there was a noticeable improvement in the overall maintenance of the community.Polly demonstrated commendable dedication by diligently addressing and completing all the pending work orders. She made it a priority to ensure that our concerns were promptly acknowledged and resolved, fostering a sense of transparency in communicating timelines for the completion of tasks.Overall, with Polly's efforts, the community has become more well-maintained and responsive to residents' needs.”

“I lived here for 10 years. Staff was always friendly and maintenance was helpful when I needed them as well. Since I worked night shift I liked that it was not very noisy outside and was able to sleep during the day. The only reason I left was because I moved out of town. Otherwise I’d still live there. Living in Bordeaux was great and I recommend this place to everyone.”

“it’s great here … just please fix the busted pipes. i already had to help a lady because she slipped and fell. that’s unsafe. i don’t want anyone to break a bone and seriously inure themselves because of all these giant puddles everywhere. please fix these pipes !”
