“Today started as a great day to go see my family and thus started on the road for a 5 hour drive with my dog. Shortly into the drive, my car absolutely stopped working and I was in panic mode as TX heat is in the triple digits and I was in a car with no ac...My insurance (will remain nameless...for now...) was called at 1:58pm and they recommended A One Mechanics for me to take my car. A tow through my insurance was expected in about an hour...text messages from the tow provider then said they needed a new provider....another HOUR for a tow...I called insurance AGAIN, tow promised in a half hour...And this pattern continued for a few hours....A One Mechanic was approaching closing time and still no tow and my dog and I were beginning to feel the heat...I called surrounding mechanics for help and no one had space for me...with no tow, I was sure I would be stranded who knows how long...Then, I finally got in touch with A One Mechanics myself, and thank you to Joey and Jacob who went above and beyond to help me when my insurance failed to get me a tow for 5 HOURS and I was in the heat and sunburned on my left arm. I called the insurance to cancel the tow and Joey did not hesitate to come and tow my vehicle as he knew I wasn't near home and this was an emergency. Through amazing teamwork (affordable pricing mind you ?) Joey and Jacob were able to get my car working same day/night and are now mechanics I trust and will most definitely come back to in the future. They were completely honest with me and made sure I did not leave without a functioning vehicle. If you are in the area, or got stranded like myself in the area...I HIGHLY recommend A One Mechanic Service to work on your vehicle.Thank you Joey and Jacob ?”

“Always quick work on oil changes and tire rotation.Concerned about their "suggestive selling" of other products and services. Was told I needed an engine air filter, cabin air filter and wiper blades. Well... These were all replaced less than 2 months ago by myself. I watched them do the work, don't recall them even ever checking these items.”

“No stars for this tire center. I tried to buy a tire and they tried to make me buy 3 .... I'm 67 years old and on a fixed income . I don't have an extra 400.00 laying around , do you ? They let me drive off with a tire that doesn't hold air . HOW SAFE IS THAT WALMART? They said it's a safety policy and won't put just one tire on.....REALLY ? NO. The same tire center put ONE (1) tire on the same vehicle 6 months ago... The kicker is THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A TIRE to take to someone else to put on . .... Again WERE THEY REALLY WORRIED ABOUT MY SAFETY ??? Of COURSE NOT. Kingsville tire center is a joke...”
