“From the outside it seemed like it would be small. It's a nice Navy Federal and it's updated! I'm just a "visitor" for awhile in Kingsville but may as well get acquainted! Christina was very helpful and showed me my options as far as credit cards and helped me stop unauthorized transactions from my gym while I took necessary steps. She listened to my ramblings about the trouble and seemed to care. I highly recommend this location if you can get away from work for a few hours instead of driving down to Corpus.
It is on a Naval base.”
“After signing up for a Chime account and trying to move money to it from my Wells Fargo, I got flagged due to unusual activity. That's understandable and I appreciate that security from Wells Fargo. What I didn't appreciate was when I called the Wells Fargo customer service fraud department, they basically dumped on my local branch as I guess they weren't able to solve my problem. What I appreciate about my branch, is that they completely took ownership of my issue and provided excellent service, albeit, I was being a grumpy old man! Amber and Sheila are very professional and I thank them for helping me today.”
