“I ended up calling this Auto body shop, although I live in Washington state…Lydia Yachimski was able to call the at fault person’s insurance adjuster and set me up a rental car that I wasn’t able to do myself because the woman never called me back. She set everything up for me to get my car fixed until we realized that she was located in Texas and I am in Washington state… I felt so embarrassed, but we both laughed off the situation and she forwarded everything to me so I could forward it to my autobody shop in my town. Five out of five stars for Lydia for getting everything done that I couldn’t get done even though she didn’t have to because this wasn’t even in her jurisdiction. Thank you so much Lydia.
