“Hilario the service technician was professional & explained what needed to be done. He ordered parts, they arrived & had an appointment scheduled for Dec. 7...waited all day long, only to be rescheduled at the end of the day. I was rescheduled for Dec. 21, he showed up & fixed washer. I was very satisfied with Hilario, but very frustrated with the no show cancellation on Dec. 7 and not being able to reach anyone to voice my frustration.”
