I recently had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the staff. Rather than being greeted with respect and understanding, I felt judged and dismissed without anyone taking the time to fully understand. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism and manners. Staff members seemed more interested in making assumptions than offering genuine assistance. It’s troubling to be treated unfairly based on perception rather than facts. I value honesty, respect, and good service and unfortunately, I experienced none of those during my visit. I hope Firestone takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training for staff on how to treat customers with dignity and professionalism. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly, regardless of their appearance or anything.

I’ve been coming to Firestone regularly and the service is always top-notch. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. They always get the job done right and make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to the team for always going above and beyond!

Been a customer for more than two decades. Had an 11:50 appt for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 20 minutes early and waited in waiting room - for nearly TWO HOURS! Not a happy Camper.

False Advertising and attempted Bait and Switch. I used their App to set up an appointment to get 2 tires replaced. I had already replaced the front 2 last year but at the time the rear was still in good shape. I liked the App, easy to use and it seemed to not have any real issues. The morning of my appointment the sales person called to let me know that they didn't have those tires in stock and the price was wrong. The tires were their Firestone Destination XTs. The App showed they had 10 in stock and my price for 2 with tax was like $850ish. The salesman first said it was going to be $1,800+, then said around $875 but if I wanted the warranty(factory) it would be over $1,000. I have bought quite a few tires in my life and I can say that I've never had to pay extra for a factory warranty. This happened on 4/13/25. FIRESTONE do not respond asking me to contact some email to describe what happened, I just did.

Needed an oil change so I made an appointment online for later in the day, when I arrived the guy at the counter told me they don't do same day appointments and it was going to be a three hour wait, if you don't do same day appointments your system shouldn't allow customers to make same day appointments and since it did a company worth doing business with would have called and told the customer that you don't do same day appointments before they make the trip, needless to say I didn't wait three hours for an oil change I went to WalMart and was in and out in fifteen minutes without an appointment. Do better Firestone.

Sad they can't tell what engine is in your vehicle. I'm being told I have a V6 when it's a 4 cylinder. And the store manager is very rude and acts like you don't know anything about your own vehicle. How can you trust these people with our vehicles or information about our vehicles.

Liars. Came in for a brake inspection which was supposed to be free. They visually inspected it and lied to me when I questioned about being charged, telling me that they had to pull apart the rotors for inspection. The car was never lifted. The tires never came off. I know this because I was the last customer and was watching the technician the whole time. I will be disputing the charge. I do not recommend this location, but if there’s no other option, confirm the service and cost upfront before handing over your keys.
