“This review is specifically for Angel Ortiz, the tech who came for my install. I scheduled an install for new service and honestly had nothing but issues with all of the help I received over the phone. Angel came and not only was able to get me set up wicked fast, he also provided me all of the info that I needed to make sure I’m getting the best usage out of my service and helped me get the app set up on my phone. He was extremely professional and reassuring and if it wasn’t for his help I wouldn’t be content with the customer service I received. I would also credit the phone rep John for taking care of the billing issues and double account error that happened on the back end when getting the account set up. Angel and John both went above and beyond with the customer service and turned me into a happy customer!”
