I went today to get my vehicle inspected. Jack greeted me as soon as I walked up and was very polite. He got my vehicle in right away and I was done in 10 minutes. Ladies at the front desk were also very nice. I have been here for work on my vehicles in the past and have always had great service. I highly recommend them!

I took my vehicle for a diagnostic reading and Jack and his staff are just so professional and customer service is excellent. Great price and excellent job. Good mechanics are hard to find and I highly recommend Jack's auto.

Excellent service, great prices, small close family run business that makes your experience very personable. My entire family and most of my friends now use them and all just from word of mouth. My dad is 76, still uses his check book, can't use a smart phone and only knows how to get a handful of places on his own here in Kingsville and he's lived her now for 3 years, but he knows how to make it to Jack's.

They are always up front with me, when I thought my wife’s van was having a problem with a catalytic converter they looked at it and told me that it was an o2 sensor and told me what shop to go to to replace it and didn’t charge me a penny
