Ali was really helpful. He was able to answer all my questions as well as very quick to get all my needs taken care of. Great customer service. Definitely enjoy visiting this location over other locations I've visited before.

After having my phone service cut off for 2 weeks, I went in to this Metro to restore my phone plan and I specifically asked the new associate who was in training ( I only knew because he stated he was new and kept having to go ask co-worker {with glasses} step by step)I SPECIFICALLY asked for the date of my cycle be changed. I WAS REASSURED IT WAS CHANGED. but it wasn't. Now it will be a whole 2 weeks I go without a phone. SHAME ON Y'ALL. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to go into the that store.

Ghetto as heck !!! Someone stole my daughters crocs (blue) in the store ! H-E-B workers were a headache to contact maintenance to see if they saw what happened

I find everything I need here. The combo loco specials make for great family dinners, I prefer that over eating out. Soon, I'm hoping to use their curbside but they don't always answer. Minus a star for the curbside.

Their curbside is horrible! I get it's a pandemic but gosh dang... I ordered sushi for my lunch today and the curbside lady was so rushed she didn't bring the cart out and completely destroyed my food. She just grabbed all the bags and threw them in my truck. I also can't just run into the store because I'm immune compromised.

2 words- Fresh Tortillas!!! You can find them in the bakery section and they are so good. The recent remodel they did flows well and I like that the majority of their check outs are staffed instead of being all self check out. I've even seen the manager help bag groceries

Most of the negative reviews on here are people griping about individual problems. The store itself always has a great selection of fresh produce, meats, deli, bakery and seafood. Everything I've gotten fresh has stayed fresh. Great selection of other products as well. Checkout lines can be slow, especially when they're busy and the baggers just tend to throw items together and sometimes disregard fragile items (bread and eggs). Otherwise, great grocery store and great prices on everything. Only place I shop here for fresh items.
