Technicians don’t know how to check internal nodes to alleviate late packets for customers. It’s been an ongoing issue and feels like packet loss.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We have been without internet for a week and no one at Sparklighr can figure it out. Apparently the issue stems from an update they did and it ruined the configuration of the modem. Multiple service techs have came and left with no progress and talking to customer service is like having a conversation with a scared 9 year old, who can nothing but apologize and promise to submit a ticket. Worst ISP in town

After multiple service calls and assurances that they are or will figure out what the problem is with my service they still can't seem to get me reliable service. They have been out to my house to check the house cable and equipment enough that I could consider them family. Every time I call they want to come out to the house and everything checks out good but they don't seem to want to check their equipment or the cables around the neighborhood. This provider seems to be completely incompetent and unable to troubleshoot their system. If you have a choice don't use this provider. I'm posting a review here because they won't let you post a review on their site that says something to me.

Not a very good experience. My signal drops a few times during the day. Had to get rid of my home security cameras since they had a difficult time reconnecting via Wii-Fi after the signal would drop and I was unable to manually reconnect at home or reset my cameras. Unstable service makes it difficult to stream movies and connect for work. Have to rely on my work hotspot when using Zoom since i mever know when Sparklight will drop.

Had them for seven years only because until today there hasn’t been anyone else. I’ve switched to Starlink and will NEVER go back to Sparklight trash Internet. It’s always going down. Unreliable. It’s 2025 and you would think an internet provider could stay on with reliability. Not Sparklight. Your speeds are throttled & you will lose internet all the time. Get Starlink instead.

The people, the secretary and the workers, were fine. The service seems faster and more reliable than AT&T. I have had to reset the modem twice (not the Sparklight modem).

Worst place ever to get service,$350 to turn service back on when I didn't even have service to use and three different tech that was playing run around SMH don't get sucks this is the only service in kingsville

The worst internet you could get in kingsville and they’re ironically the best you can get. I’ve had two different techs come to “fix the issue” and it’s a different one every time. I haven’t had a full hour of internet since we moved in and switched from AT&T. But AT&T is so slow it’s not even worth it. Tired of this company already as they seem incompetent of solving the issue. I pay a prorate depending on how much internet my internet actually works and it’s always at night so why am I even paying for this service.

This internet service is absolute 🚮!!! I’ve dropped so many zoom call meetings, lost direct tv stream on major sporting events! Yes, even went to wired from wifi. I had better internet service stationed in Hawaii back in 07’! Blows my mind why we can’t reliable internet service in Kingsville!
