Install was pretty quick but I have days that I get no service. My computer will work fine but my tv goes off line several days a week. I have to get back there, disconnect and reconnect. I don't appreciate using my spare time (which is limited) to correct something that shouldn't need correcting.

Haven't even made my first payment yet and my wifi is cutting in and out kingsville,Texas area already called support and they want to charge me 45 dollars to fix problem I'm probably going to cancel and go back with AT&T this is ridiculous

I just had problems with my internet and Sparklight had them repaired in less then 24 hours. My previous internet company (phone) took 2 weeks I am just amazed and thrilled. I would recommend these nice and sincere people who do their job with pride and speed. Thanks to all involved in keeping this internut addict on line.

I hope you have a bunch of free time to wait on the phone for technical support. I've been to Third World countries with better internet service and better support than Sparklight. If you did a test between Sparklight Internet and trusty old 56K dial up internet, dial up would win simply because Sparklight's internet is probably out.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a company. I’ve been paying my account and out of no where it stopped working. When I called in they told me I don’t have an account at my home and never did. They want me to pay to rejoin but I just paid 250$ for there terrible service just a day before.

Worst internet company I have ever worked with. I pay around $100 a month for internet and it disconnects literally every 30 minutes to an hour. If you call the office no one answers literally ever.

Had an issue with my internet dropping every 5-10 mins. Called customer service and they were able to fix the issue after several attempts. Very professional.

I had a service call today with Sparklight. My technician was Adam Vasquez. Adam was very careful to give attention to my complaint about my internet service. He spent a great deal of time diagnosing and repairing. He then had a recommendation as to helping my situation. I was very pleased with his suggestion.

I cannot effectively express enough positive feedback about my experience with Kingsville Sparklight installation team and the local account representatives. Thomas Kemp went above and beyond to get everything up and running for me technically and Cyndie Garcia took care of all the paperwork that had gotten messed up. These two were awesome and I appreciate them so very much. I have all great things to say about Kingsville Sparklight.

EDIT: I reached out to the email they provided in response to this review, and they never even bothered to respond.Every technician who has come to my house has been incredibly helpful and professional—those guys get five stars. What doesn't get five stars, however, is the quality of the actual internet service provided. I have a service outage every 4 days on average, and they can last anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. It's bad enough that I've started keeping a log of how often I have outages and how long they last.Despite this, every time I get on the phone with them, I'm told that "oh yeah there may have been an outage in your area recently, but it's been resolved. Don't worry they are very infrequent. Have you tried resetting your router by chance?" (Resetting the router has no effect, for the record.) Incredbly frustrating, especially for a service that I am paying over $100/mo for.Also, on their website it says that they will notify you if an outage occurs that may affect you, but I've never received any such notification.
