The worst store in Kingsville, seriously the people who run this store are lobotomized. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this store, they'll tack on extra fees, or in my case add a whole extra line without your knowledge.

the manager is useless, staff is lazy.All I wanted to do was open an account and they honestly don't know anything the girls in that place need more training from t mobile. The response for everything was "don't know" or they would ask another employee who was just as useless. Go to corpus if you want better service Edit: just saw the other review of the same female manager. Horrible customer service, she didn't care about me adding line just kept pushing to buy a new phone. Once I told her I wasn't interested in that all the sudden she couldn't help me add a line & said to call customer service. Use less.

My husband visited this store today because we have consistently had issues with our internet for about a month. Upon speaking to the "manager" she said we could close the account and start a new one to get a new device and charge us more money. Seriously? The girl has zero customer service skills and was not willing to help resolve our issues. We sre not satisfied customers. New manager?

My husband recently visited the Tmobile store on Brahma Blvd in Kingsville, TX. He was there because our internet keeps going out. The "manager" was absolutely no help what so ever. Also, a lack of customer service and quiet rude. She did not help but, instead, wanted him to close the account and start a new one to get a new device and charge us more money. Is she freaking kidding me? He left the store with nothing resolved. She should not be a manager of anything. She is useless

I have had the absolute worst experience at this T mobile. I haven’t even been a customer for a month and they have mis charged me over $300, and promised an instant refund I still have yet to see. I’ve been back and forth with the store staff and managers; all of which have been extremely rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere!! Terrible service.

I had a very good experience at T-Mobile this week Savannah really treated me with so much respect and she made me her main priority when I was in in the store. Very impressed with the customer service and how she treated me. Anytime I ever go back into the store I will make sure to ask for her service.

Staff was friendly, and the manager Victor was so helpful. Victor helped me get the right family plan, I finally left Verizon.
