The first time I came here it was messy, dirty, no worker to help and the phone number to call for help, noone answered. I looked at reviews this morning and I decided to give it another try.
The place today was fantastic. Everything clean, floors washers, dryers. Very impressed this time. There were 2 gentlemen working. One of them was kind enough to pay for two of my dryers, just cuz...

The atmosphere is always so friendly and very clean. We started dropping off our clothes and was immediately impressed by the way Scott not only had our clothes very clean but it was very nicely organized and folded I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go and visit Scott at the Kingsville location.

I am the manager here and any review that's not a 5star is false information. The man with a dog was definitely not a service dog and the lady that also gave us a 1star is just mad because I asked her to not come back if all she is going to do is exchange her bills for my paying customers quarters , I told her that's not fair to our customers and we are not a bank. I highly recommend do'n ur laundry here n Kingsville, TX. @ the Laundry Dept. Bn do'n my wash'n here 4 over a yr & so. The owner Scott is highly helpful & when we mistakenly put $ n a non work'n dryer, he reimbursed the $ & paid 4 us 2 use another dryer. Great service! It's clean & very professional place. I wash my clothes here every week for the past two months. Always kept clean and the man who works there is friendly. There are rewards for frequent customers as well.

The owner keeps hiring very rude attendants. Ive been washing there 2.5 years and the lady before was horrible and now the guy there was super rude. Time to find a new place.

Watched the owner berate, harass, and refuse entry to a man with a service animal which is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Even after asking to see the papers proving that the animal was in fact a service animal, which the man provided despite not being legally required to, he was still turned away and insults were hurled at him by the owner as he left. There are plenty of laundromats in town that actually have their machines working more than half the time and have actual staff on site, so please do not support this business until drastic changes are made to their performance and professionalism.

Just wanna give a little shout out, to Scott. Since he started working here, I noticed this place stays spotless and clean! He does amazing keeping up with it. Huge improvement.
