“This is my first rental with Cube Smart. I was at Public Storage prior to this and I left because they were raising the price of my storage unit every 6 months, initially, and then they started raising the price every three months. I hope this is not the policy of Cube Smart!
The Cube Smart storage facility is very clean, both outside the buildings and the units and hallways as well. The agent who rented me a unit (Lupe) was very friendly and took me to see the different sizes of available units so that I would get the right size for my needs. When I saw that the door to the building of my unit did not lock, she immediately had it fixed. Overall, very pleased with this facility. I would suggest getting a drive up key pad because currently you have to exit your car and walk to the keypad to enter your code. This will be really annoying when it is raining.”

“the staff was friendly and helpful. you have to refill the gas back to how you got it. ex. if you got it half full, then you bring the u-haul back half full. when we went to refill it, the gas gauge didn't work. so we put more than we needed to.”
