Someone was supposed to order over a week ago and didn't. I had to order it a week ago. I ask about it Thursday and they didn't check the ABC warehouse, just some smart AZ answer. I asked to speak to the manager today and they didn't let me, but did enter the order manually. So it will likely be 4 days I haven't had my script.

Worst service ever faced went for taking passport port size picture and they charged 19 dollars and taking pics in a kids camera with poor quality .

Great Pharmacy and Staff! Always Helpful and Kind! This is the place to Pick up Prescriptions, Photos, or a few items on the Go! A FedEx drop-off location. Staff cares about their customers and available to help find items. Plus, you do not have to self check-out!

Lazy staff ...the cashier in the counter told us we can check out in the photo since almost closing but when we went to photo he said no so we left ...? I would rate it a zero star

I wanted to take one photo and they messed up and made me go back like 3 times because of the mistake that they did. I would not go to Walgreens in Kingsville ever again. Worst experience with them. Would suggest all my friends to stay away from the Walgreens in Kingsville.

The customer service is worthless. If my dog could shop, I would not let it shop at this Walgreens. Even my dog deserves better.

I had an appointment at 9:45, I showed up a few minutes earlier to check in, then after 50 minutes of sitting there they give me paperwork to fill out. After asking how time was left I was told there were many people before me, even though I'd seen all these people walk in after I'd been checked in. Minding that someone checked in just before for the same thing and had already finished by the time I got paperwork. So basically I waited over an hour for an scheduled appointment. The lady who ended up taking care of me in the end was nice, which is why they got 3 stars.

Not to happy with this place. The last two times I've came in, they had long lines. I had to ask the cashier if she could call someone to help her. While the shift manager walked around and the other clerk was sticking. I mean I shouldn't had to ask the cashier to call for help. The shift manager or the other clerk should jump up and help. I know the Walgreens in New Braunfels won't have lines with more than 2 customers. I figured it was with all Walgreens. Customer service should come first, and y'all should call for backup when y'all have more then 3 customers in line.
