Wonderful experience! 3 words come to mind: excellence, respectful, and kindness. Overall, excellent customer service. I had my eye lashes done today by Adriana and she was excellent in her service treatment. Being first time having lashes, Adriana took the time to explain me the options, expectancy for lashes, lashes care, and informed me step by step during the procedure. I highly recommend Adriana and Amazing Lash Studio to everyone.

This is the worst place to go to for your eyelashes. First issue the front desk scheduled my appointment wrong she put my appointment as a refill, when it was my first time going to Amazing lash Studio kingwood obviously it was a full set appointment which allows the tech more time since she will start from scratch. With that said obviously the tech did not have enough time to get me what I wanted due to time of her appointments so she pretty much did the minimum eyelash extensions. After leaving this place my few eyelash extensions start falling on its own. So I decided to call 1hr after leaving and told them my lashes were coming off, so they scheduled me an appointment so I can get what I originally wanted. While in my second time their supposedly to get what I wanted the tech Cindy seemed to be upset stating ‘’okay hurry up and lay down so when can get started because I have more appointments” also throwing her supply during my appointment. And again lashes started coming off the very next morning. And before they state it depends on the care I give my lashes I’ve been getting my lashes done for 2 years now. Yes I’m very aware of how to take care of my lashes. And yes all this lashes came off within 10-12 hours. I work hard for my money to just give this people my money like that and not get the service I paid. And yes I paid $145 for this 🤦♀️ never use them for your eyelashes they are not worth your money and time

I tried different masters in this studio and Nicole is the best from them for me. She understands perfectly what I want and lashes after her extension stays long time.

I absolutely love this studio! I was going to a different one before and switched to this one ever since and I'm glad i did. Katherine does a fabulous job on my lashes every time and Dillion has great customer service. I also love how the studio always smells good when I walk in!
