This may be the worst retail outlet I have ever been to. AT&T made offers when we subscribed to their internet and phone plans that this store would not honor. Rather than providing customer service they only said no, we will jot honor that AT&T commitment and you will need to pay for what was guaranteed to be a free upgrade for our cell phone. They will never see our face in their store again and recommend you go somewhere else! Too bad I can't post a negative star!!!

I hope you’re not in a hurry to get a new phone or fix your phone because they will be close for 2 hours for lunch…. So after you get off work around 3 you will be waiting till 5 and they close at 7

The manager here (I didn’t get his name) was really cool respectful outgoing and helpful. I came in looking for a phone case and new screen protector. He was prompt and helped me apply the screen protector quickly and get me on my way.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this particular location. We went in once to add a discount to our plan only to find out later, they set it up in such a way that our entire account could have been frozen without notice. I went in to take advantage of a promotion before finding out what happened, and they upgraded the wrong number and then could not completely fix matters when we went back in. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe it's new staff who are unaware of how certain deals work, but sadly, I will not ever return to this store. So much damage done to my account that had to be unraveled.

My wife & son went in for a phone upgrade and ended up walking out with an additional line which we do not need. I went into the store to fix the situation and they will not credit the charges on the additional line. They took advantage of the situation with my family with no recourse. I am a long term customer but this situation will not be tolerated and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, I was on the line with customer service while at the store and they did not understand why the credit would not be applied.

The AT&T over the phone screwed up our SIM card order and the manager at the store was so helpful and patient with us. We really appreciate her advocating for us.

If I could put negative stars I would. In short, we upgraded our two phones and ATT assured us we could keep our same phone numbers. When phones arrived we received 3 phone lines instead of two. ATT continued to assure us for months we could fix it and we just had to do this, that and the other. Six months later we are STILL PAYING 80 DOLLARS A MONTH for a phone line we NEVER ASKED FOR OR WANTED. in fact, we dont even have PHONE ATTACHED TO THE LINE. It is literally non-usable. ATT has robbed us of HUNDREDS of dollars and continues to do so every single month by not canceling the line. We have been to this and other stores several times, they tell us there is nothing they can do and we need to call customer service. We call customer service and they tell us there is nothing they can do and to go into the store. ATT is a terrible business, thieves and liars and they do NOT support the customer. If anyone is considering them as cell provider, RUN. They'll rob you.

Couldn't get a new SIM as they said the store only sells 5G SIM's and my Samsung S10+ is not compatible. Tried to explain that 5G SIM's work also with 4G phones (and in general with the older technology), but in vain.The girl serving me was totally unaware of the mobile plans available or how to get a new customer. She could use some better training.Off to another provider I guess.

I was totally ? impressed with the service I received at the AT&T store at 300 Northpark Dr. in Kingwood! John helped me initially and when I returned, Allie assisted me with purchasing a new phone and getting me set up. They were friendly and very knowledgeable! I would recommend this store to everyone.

Alexandra and Kayla were the best!!!! They were so patient with me, when I could not make my mind up on what plan to choose. They were able to give me recommendations on the plans and the phones. However the manager Dana was missing in action for over an hour when they needed an over ride to finish my transaction. But I left with all smiles!!! Thank you ladies.
