I am from out of town, i had my prescriptions sent here as an emergency since im on vacation. I drove an hour to get here before 8pm closing and got to the counter at 7:59pm and they told me it’s 8pm and they had their drawers removed and could not service me. I told them it’s 7:59 and I’m paying with a debit card. They still refused to service me or give me my prescriptions and argued with me until of course after 8pm. Then told me to go have my prescriptions refilled at a different CVS.

Went today for an appointment at the minute clinic and the “nurse” was extremely rude. The sign says they close at 7:30 and said they use the last 30 min to clean when my appointment was at 6:50 doesn’t make any sense. She didnt wanna attend me and I was 2 min late.

I went in this morning before work to get mascara. As I walked in the “greeter” (a man with glasses and a beard) very loudly requested I leave my backpack at the front of the store loudly in front of other customers. If theft is that big of an issue at this location there needs to be other solutions rather than embarrassing your customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are no help. After waiting 30 mins after my check in to be seen, I was refused and told to go to the ER. If I needed the ER that’s where I would have gone. I just needed to get antibiotics but lord forbid anyone actually do their job. What a joke!!!!

The store is okay, however the pharmacy is horrible in my opinion. If you have a monthly prescription that you need and depend on you should be warned that this pharmacy seems to have a problem getting meds on a regular basis. The pharmacy staff are also unable to let you know when the medication will be available. I have been a pharmacy customer here for many years, this has happened several times. All pharmacies can’t be this bad, I’m going elsewhere

Soooo so SICK OF THIS PHARMACY it's the most pitifully managed business I've ever been to I just keep having prescriptions sent here and I DONT KNOW WHY I'm changing today though. Came in at 9am to get prescriptions from YESTERDAY and she said 20 minutes AGAIN LIKE YESTERDAY I didn't have time to wait AGAIN and when I told her that she said "ok thank you" rudely and slammed window shut in my face. If I wasn't mad enough after all day of errands and doctors I came back to pick up yesterday's and today's prescriptions and guess what? You guessed it, it's not even been put in yet. I'm so done with this CVS it's gone on enough, I keep hoping it'll get better but it gets worse every month. Rant over as well as my business here.

The pharmacy is very poorly run. The pharmacist and techs do not have the work ethic to keep up with orders. They need some serious training to keep up. But if the service is so bad people will simply go elsewhere, making their job easier so ultimately they can keep the same horrible method of running a pharmacy.

Jess helped me out tremendously with a photo order.It was a new item to be picked up in store and they weren't given all the supplies that were needed.He worked on the problem til it was solved.Thanks Jess...I appreciate the great customer service!!

Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy. I only needed OTC Sudafed, which is behind the counter, forcing me to wait in line. 4 people back there - 1 at the window, 1 helping the line. People pulling up to the widow were told their meds weren't ready. The line I was in Never moved but grew by 7 more people. No one is in any kind of hurry to help anyone. Had to give up and leave.
