He has helped me in times my phone froze and helped my son when he had problems with his phone. Most humble and awesome person - especially to be in a shop where he could try and sell sell sell, but he actually cares about helping! Highly recommend him. Other places immediately try and upsell or tell you you need stuff you likely do not”
“The manager Steven is a great guy and very compassionate person, he was very knowledgeable of the issue I had with my phone and fixed it right away at a very reasonable price. Not to mention the customer service was amazing and he handled my problem with care and patience (Highly recommended!!).”

“I was having problems with my phone and Hugo took time to help me out. He went through my phone and tried several times to correct the problem. It took almost thirty minutes but he figured it out. Didn’t pressure me to buy anything and I even offered to send him $10.00 on cash app but he wouldn’t accept it. He said that’s what they are here for and just to remember his store in the future if I needed anything. Sorry this is so long but I normally don’t leave reviews but it meant a lot to me that he fixed the problem with my phone and didn’t try to sell anything extra. I will be back whenever I do need to make a purchase”
“This is a great place to do business. Owner is a stand up man who keeps his word. Original install had an issue and he said if it persists to bring it back and he’ll take care of me. That’s exactly what he did. Fair prices and on time repairs. I’ll be recommending him to people I know.”

“Debra & Zach are such a blessing to me. They are so knowledgeable. They really know what they are doing. I came in yesterday with a "sick" computer. It was really frustrating. This morning I am working on the same but "healthy" computer, and enjoying my work. And besides that, I didn't know how to print off attachments that were sent to me. A few days earlier I could, but not anymore until Debra showed me that they were now being downloaded (which was foreign) to me. She also showed me how to print them. It is so comforting to know that I can call them with my computer problems.”

Walked in and there is a nice lady at the front who pretty much helped me out immediately. Took about 20-30 minutes and they were done when I came back.
Saved me a trip to the Apple Store. Big W would come back for sure.”
