I see the complaints here, but I find the employees polite and helpful. I have been donating for years and even more for a while right now because I’ve just retired, and someone else should have these clothes etc. The staff are out the door and helping unload the car as soon as I pull in. The employees may be tired now and then from heavy work and hot days, but they do their jobs, and I am grateful.

Hi, I came at this location . It’s Friday.6/13/25 I’ve been here a couple of times Their service is only good when it’s the girl and The older gentleman with glasses with the Goodwill hat those are the only ones that don’t reject stuff and never has a problem with anything.I guess everyone has their bad days And good days, I guess whenever the truck was there and they had their cones out and I guess I went on the wrong side And the guy told me to turn around and I said I’m already here I can walk it to you or can you Walk to me and he said no I cannot. You have to walk around so I walked it to him. He was already complaining and I gave him the bag and when he was walking away, I heard him say F to me He mumbled it i’ve had problems with this guy all the time. I’m not sure if he remembers me coming all the time but he always has a face or is upset or rejecting stuff. That’s why my wife doesn’t get out anymore . It was at 3:16 PM. Black hair with a cap on I read some of the other reviews on Goodwill and I’m pretty sure it would help y’all get better team members.

Always something to find here not my favorite Goodwill store, but all Goodwill’s have their niche. I miss the treasure counters upfront with the clear glass displays but the workers are always friendly always have smiles and love to greet people decent selection great Parking.

Went by today and no cones or signs saying where to park and not park. Older lady with glasses and black hair comes out as my mom says hi and the lady rudely instead tells her not to block the door. My mom then asks if we should take the clothes out of the containers and the lady again rudely tells my mom with an aggressive tone to leave them as they need to “sort” the clothes from the containers. Though the only “sorting “ that was done was the clothes being thrown in a clothes dump pile instead and our containers aggressively thrown back on the carts by her. It was our first and last time here. Get rid of the lady and maybe just maybe this place would have better reviews.

Fast, but rude. Place the orange cones at the entrance of the back parking lot of you don't want people to go in to the clearly open parking spaces. Place a sign of the rules. We come with goodwill to your establishment.

The guys that work at this location were very prompt. They came out with carts before we even opened up the trunk. They were very courteous and kind.

Rude employees. Act like you're a burden to them. I will try Mission Northeast instead. They have great reviews and do a lot for our local community.

This location has very rude employees. It was disappointing to see such unkind employees at place you expect caring people. I ended up taking my things to Mission Northeast.

This location is best for soft goods and smaller items. The workers have been nice and help unload. When we have larger items we go to the Porter Goodwill store. They have more people that can help unload.

Would not recommend dropping donations at this northpark location. I had my brother help me load a beautiful dresser in great condition onto my wife’SUV and I loaded the rest with night stand, dresser mirror, lamp among other things. I did arrive about 15 minutes before they closed. They told me they did not have space (this is without even looking at what I had). Honestly I am inside their facility and perhaps with a little inconvenience but they could have made space for sure. And yes there was a young man there that with my help could have brought down the dresser and everything else in less than 10 min. They were not even willing to try it or look at what I had. They seemed annoyed that I was dropping donations. To make matters worse they suggested I drop off at their Porter location that stay open until 9 pm. I was okay with that, but thankfully I called them before driving and they said that was not true. They close also at 6. It would have been too late. This is not the first time they do this. They waste donator’s time. Don’t recommend. If they at least had a good attitude, would have even checked and concern other than themselves, I would understand. I’ll stay away from this place going forward.
