The staff is amazing, compassionate, nice, friendly, and understanding, striving to make visits as comfortable as possible. Patients report receiving the best service ever, with fast, incredible, prompt, and thorough care. The environment is clean and comfortable. The physicians and nurses are extremely knowledgeable, take time to explain treatments without rushing, and show great bedside manner. They are patient, make people feel heard, and put patients first. Many note they were seen quickly, with labs done in 20-30 minutes, and left feeling very happy with the outstanding care and service. Patients would definitely return and highly recommend Kingwood ER for both minor injuries and urgent medical emergencies.
Amazing service, I cannot recommend this place enough for urgent care! This place has saved my elderly uncles life twice when he was having complications with Covid and diabetes. Could not be more thankful. They don’t just treat you, they CARE for you when you’re there.

Daniel (receptionist) was very welcoming and really helped us in making the experience feel “at home”. Charlie was an amazing nurse and is extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Muhaned Alsaedi really took the time to explain the treatment and did not rush at all! Amazing staff!
